I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jordan and his nurse Ms.Courtney during my daughter’s tooth extraction. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. My daughter was understandably nervous, but Dr. Jordan took the time to explain everything in a gentle and friendly way that immediately put her at ease. The nurse Courtney was equally wonderful—very attentive, warm, and supportive throughout the entire process. She spoke to my daughter calmly and kept checking on her comfort, which made a huge difference. What really stood out was how they turned what could have been a stressful visit into a surprisingly positive and even enjoyable experience for my daughter. Their professionalism, compassion, and ability to connect with children are truly commendable. They even danced for my daughter’s fav album song. I’m very grateful for the care they provided, he even called me the evening to check on my daughter after her extraction and I would highly recommend Dr. Jordan and his team to any parent looking for a dentist who truly cares about their young patients.

I rarely leave reviews online, but I had to as I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! From the moment we walked in, every single staff member—from the receptionist to the dental assistants and doctors —was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made my kids (3 and 6 yrs old) feel comfortable and cared for right away. The entire team created such a positive experience. A special thank you to Dr. Jenna that took care of my kids on our 1st appointment and Dr. Jordan, who were absolutely amazing during each of our visits. I was very anxious, especially since one of my kid had to have a tooth extraction, but Dr. Jordan handled everything with such patience, skill, and compassion that, to my surprise, my daughter didn't even cry or complain during the procedure. I am grateful for the outstanding care and would highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and child-friendly dental team.

Hands down, this is the best pediatric dental practice in existence. The office is immaculately clean and perfectly set up to keep kids entertained and calm. The real highlight is the staff—from the front desk to the clinical team, everyone is incredibly kind and professional. We routinely see Dr. Jenna, who has an amazing gift for making dental work completely stress-free for kids. We also recently saw Dr. Jordan, and he was equally impressive. I'm pretty sure I have already reviewed Dr. Jenna's office before - but I have no words for how this practice saved the dental health of our children. Our family is blended with both biological and adopted children - with high needs. One of our children is autistic and Dr Jenna has always been highly aware, tread carefully and focused on building trust with him before anything else. All of her team is also spectacular. We are so grateful for this team!

My teenage daughter just completed her orthodontist treatment this morning. Dr. Jess and his team have been nothing but wonderful in the past 22 months, from initial consultation, to cost estimate, to billing process, to regular appointments, to urgency care. Everyone that we met was professional and nice. It’s been a very pleasant journey for us and I’d recommend without any hesitation. A side note: I took a picture when my girl stepping into the waiting room for the last (knocking wood) visit this morning and I will miss this beautiful interior decor so much! 😍
