Don't pay ahead for the work getting done. I paid upfront for expanders, braces, and retainers. After the expanders my kids teeth went lose so had to wait for them to fall out. After waiting for them to come out and new ones came in, we got a new bill for the braces that I had already paid for. I was so shocked at how badly I was treated I walked out. So I paid for work I never got done.

Dr. Gleason and his crew are the best. Very friendly and professional. Our kids never had a bad experience!

Gleason Orthodontics is the best. Super friendly staff that really cared about my daughter. Took care of her every step, kept her and I informed of the process. Incredibly clean, inviting office. My daughter was nervous to get them because she saw her older brother's experience at another office. She was comfortable immediately and excited to get started. The only minor hiccup we had was with the way that a couple of her invisalign were manufactured, they didn't stay of because of a minor defect. We told the office about it, they brought us in that same day, checked her out, took care of the liners and gave us a plan for the time between. They couldn't have made it easier.

Dr. Gleason and his staff are wonderful. They do a nice job explaining things and making the patient feel comfortable. My daughter was scared but they instantly put her at ease. She understood what was happening and actually looked forward to her visits there. Zero issues with the expander or braces at all. On the retainer now. Her smile is as bright as ever. Very positive experience all around. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gleason and his whole staff were wonderful start to finish! I would never have thought the process of having braces could be as simple and comfortable as it was for my son.
