I usually don’t write reviews, but the service and professionalism at this office made me want to share my experience. I had an amazing braces journey here. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to your concerns. Everything was honestly a 10/10. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the office staff. Any medical office runs on a great team, and the team here is awesome—super helpful and friendly. You’re all doing an amazing job, and the staff members deserve a raise for how professionally they run the office. My experience was a wonderful one! The employees knew me by name And were always very warm and welcoming. I was a bit self conscious about my smile/teeth and Braces & Smiles was highly recommended to give that perfect smile that I’ve always longed for 🙂 I had my special person each time I came in. She is a darling, very polite, professional and caring. I always looked forward to seeing her and I felt like it was the same for her! I came into this office not knowing what to expect. I should have been gotten braces since I was 13, at 35 I felt it was time. Almost 2 years later, the change has been immaculate.
