Adams-Byrnes Dentistry

I have been going here for about 13 years or so and have always had a great experience. Dr. Adams was a great dentist for many of those years, and the transition to Dr. Byrnes was made seamless for all us OGs. Dr. Byrnes has been awesome since then, and has really brought a renewed, youthful energy to the office as a whole. Her and her team make going to the dentist an *almost* pain-free experience (hey, it's still the dentist), even for those of us who frequently need corrective work done. And shoutout to the lovely ladies at the front desk, who have always handled my scheduling and rescheduling issues with grace and patience. They've even moved to direct texting for the logistical stuff in recent years, which has been amazing and makes everything super easy. I'm finally getting around to writing this review because I unfortunately have to leave the practice, due to a move out-of-state. But I'll always remember Dr. Adams, Dr. Byrnes, and everyone at the practice as a key part of my childhood and young adulthood. I'll miss these folks!

I just got an onlay and after every visit, I feel grateful to have had Dr. Byrnes recommended to me upon moving to Troy! I’ve never felt more comfortable and confident in the care of a dental team and everyone in the office has been great to work with. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Every staff interaction I had at this dental office was nothing but positive from the minute I walked in the door. The front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Erica did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and was very friendly, kind, engaged and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Byrnes was also extremely friendly and you can tell that she cares about her patients and their dental health. This was my first appointment and I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend going here!

After hearing nothing but positive experiences from my spouse about this practice, I felt inspired to get scheduled for an appointment with them. As someone who has anxiety when going to the dentist, I was naturally a bit nervous ahead of my appointment. However, from beginning to end of my visit I felt completely at ease! Everyone I met was kind and communicative, which made me feel comfortable almost instantly. Dr. Byrnes had such a great bedside manner and it is evident that she really cares about her patients. This practice and the people who make it what it is are very special. They care, and it shows. I can honestly say that I feel zero anxiety thinking about my next cleaning.
