After I lost my retainer, I researched many dentists and orthodontists who could make a replacement. Dr. Courtney and her office made the process so easy and has excellent availability and pricing. My experience was so positive and I’ll be back for any orthodontic needs!

I cannot recommend Dr. Courtney (“Dr. C”) at Smile Pop highly enough! I was referred to her by my amazing dentist, Dr. Chan, for Invisalign, and from my very first appointment, I knew I was in the absolute best hands. Dr. C is not only incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but she’s also kind, thoughtful, fun, and an absolute joy to talk with. She’s a true perfectionist with an exceptional eye for detail, and it’s clear why she’s such a respected leader in the Invisalign community here in NYC. She genuinely cares about getting the best possible result for every patient. The entire Smile Pop team (Vanessa is a fav!) is equally wonderful. The office is beautiful (PINK! My fav color)) welcoming, and comforting, and everyone makes you feel so cared for. Going to my appointments was honestly something I looked forward to! Most importantly, I couldn’t be happier with my results. My teeth are beautifully straight, my whitening turned out gorgeous, and my smile has never looked better. Dr. C gave me a smile that makes me feel beautiful and confident!! Thank you, Dr. C, and the entire Smile Pop team, for such an incredible experience. If you’re considering Invisalign look no further—you’ll be so glad you did!

I can’t recommend this practice enough. Courtney and her team are as kind as they are talented. She aimed for perfection throughout the whole process and my results blew me away! Not to mention, the office is an oasis of joy with snacks, drinks, and amazing music. They treat their patients like kings and queens!!

Dr. Courtney is incredible. If you have a complicated case like I did, she is the absolute best person to go to. She is beyond detail-oriented, a total perfectionist and a bit of a workaholic when it comes to getting your results exactly right. Despite how intense the treatment process can be, she somehow manages to make every single visit fun and upbeat. I actually looked forward to my appointments.
