I can't say enough awesome things about Dr Karpov and her entire team. My case was a little more complex (upper jaw expansion) and, I was just amazed by the incredible result of her treatment. Dr Karpov is an absolutely brilliant orthodontist - highly skilled, ultra competent and thorough. It's also apparent that she is very passionate about her work and cares for her patients. Her entire staff is kind, attentive and professional as well. The office is being run very smoothly, always clean, has a modern & young look to it and is equipped with the latest state of the art technology. I can't recommend Dr Karpov enough. Top-notch all around.

Dr Karpov runs a wonderful practice. Knowledgeable, patient, and we are lucky to have her practice in our neighborhood though I would make the effort to travel if she wasn’t! She takes the care to make sure all her patients get the results they want. Her staff are kind, efficient, and very professional. Scheduling is efficient, messages are returned quickly, and costs are laid out clearly. We have nothing but positive things to say!

Best orthodontist in NYC! After years of unsuccessful braces with other orthodontists, I finally found Dr. Karpov — and she truly transformed my smile. Through expansion and Invisalign at 23, she helped me achieve the results I’d been wanting for years. Her entire team is incredible, and the office is modern, welcoming, and spotless. When I was worried about a gap showing during expansion, they even did temporary bonding so it wasn’t noticeable — a total game-changer. Incredible Orthodontics practice with professional and friendly staff. The front desk team are wonderful and easy to speak with. The doctors and dental assistants are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend.
