Had an amazing experience with Karpov! The entire staff was incredible, kind and very informative. They offered multiple affective correctional plans and were very open to questions and in-depth further explanations.

The doctor herself was very nice, although she barely consulted me and I don’t think it’s worth an $85 consultation fee - I’ve had free consultations that are much more comprehensive and informative. However, the main issue is with the front desk staff / dental assistant - they are all so incredibly rude, especially the dental assistant, even when I was nothing but nice. I was highly considering pursuing my treatment here but the attitude of the dental assistant and staff totally turned me off - seeing as they will be the ones I am dealing with for my monthly visits. Please retrain your staff or hire more professional ones or you’ll lose business!

Dr. Karpov is the Michael Jordan of Orthodontics. She makes it easy to understand exactly what you need and how she plans on getting you there. I plan on bringing all of my babies to her when it’s time.
