Everything was great! Procedure went well and absolutely zero pain after.

Worst thing that's ever happened to me. Don't trust Kevin Flanigan from Lancaster dental. He shaved my lower teeth down at the end of my cleaning appointment without asking me first. Permanently changing the look and feel of my bite. During the next apt, that same day he replaced a silver filling on my upper molar that was not bothering me with no explanation to why. When I stopped him before doing a gum line filling next to a front tooth and asked if it was necessary he responded condescendingly "if you don't want your teeth to fall out". Last apt involved 2 more silver filling replaced again with no explanation to why. He drilled a third of my mouth (8 teeth)in 2 visits. My mouth has never felt so bad. His work was rushed and sloppy. I wake up each day in discomfort that I did not have prior. A newly developed taste and sensitivity that is a constant reminder of this mistake. Just because I had scheduled 2 extra appointments does not mean he had to find anything and everything he could do to fill his time. . Replacing fillings that were intact and doing a bite adjustment without consent is unethical. Not the kind of dentist you want taking care or your teeth. When I called the office to speak with Flanigan about the work he did, there response was he would not be calling me back and I could make an apt so he could "take a look" knowing that I live out state. I already had one of his filling pop off my tooth because it was not bonded correctly during an exam with a new dentist. His lack of communication on what he planed on doing and why it should be done was terrible/non existent. Do not chose Kevin Flanigan as your dentist.

I was very impressed with the way your office handled my reception, cleaning, doctor examination and checkout process. I was in and out within an hour.

Lancaster Dental Associates is everything a dental office should be. During what was supposed to be a routine visit to fix a chipped front tooth, they caught something my previous orthodontist had completely missed and neglected for years. Dr Medico was very professional, thorough, and genuinely attentive.

I’ve been going to Lancaster Dental Associates for a while now and I genuinely can’t recommend it enough. Dr. Rich Medical is an outstanding dentist. He’s professional, thorough, and actually makes you feel comfortable in the chair, which is saying something. My teeth have never looked or felt better. My smile is wider, my gums are healthy, and I leave every appointment feeling confident about my oral health. I even recommended it to a close friend and he loves it too. When you’re sending people you care about somewhere, that says it all. If you’re in the Buffalo area and looking for a dentist who truly cares about his patients and does exceptional work, Lancaster Dental Associates is the place. Don’t sleep on it.
