I’ve been going to Lancaster Dental Associates for a while now and I genuinely can’t recommend it enough. Dr. Rich Medical is an outstanding dentist. He’s professional, thorough, and actually makes you feel comfortable in the chair, which is saying something. My teeth have never looked or felt better. My smile is wider, my gums are healthy, and I leave every appointment feeling confident about my oral health. I even recommended it to a close friend and he loves it too. When you’re sending people you care about somewhere, that says it all. If you’re in the Buffalo area and looking for a dentist who truly cares about his patients and does exceptional work, Lancaster Dental Associates is the place. Don’t sleep on it.

Dr. Salamino and Ashley were such a great team, just thanking each other for passing a tool idk made it smooth.. Doc did a great job fixing me up and Ashley was just so nice. I’m very happy with how they treated me. Thank you so much….

Dr. Medico, his team and his staff are complete professionals. My Dad had an issue with a problem tooth and Dr. Medico scheduled and saw him immediately. He gave a comprehensive exam, took necessary medical measures and extracted the tooth with minimal discomfort. His approach, professionalism and bedside manner is exceptional. Lancaster Dental Associates is everything a dental office should be. During what was supposed to be a routine visit to fix a chipped front tooth, they caught something my previous orthodontist had completely missed and neglected for years. Dr Medico was very professional, thorough, and genuinely attentive.
