Wouldn’t schedule me to take braces off and had half of them off and wire stabbing me

I seriously cant say enough great things about this place. Super informative, they go over every option with you, explains every aspect of whats going to happen and makes sure you understand by asking if uou have any questions. Highly recommend

I went in for a consultation after I was told I would need x-rays to tell me exactly what I would need to have done, before getting the x-rays I was told I would have to pay a $280 fee. If I did not continue on with the services. my third visit there I was explained all of the work that would need to be done to get braces. I felt a be overwhelmed I was first told I could think about it then reminded that I have a fee. So basically decided NOW. I’m an adult the work I was told I needed was a bit much. And pricey, on top of taking my insurance. I’m going to get a second opinion. I don’t think I’m returning here.

Love the experience doctor and staff they are great front to back highly recommended very organized, helpful, friendly and waiting time on point

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I'M POSTING THIS AS AN ADULT AND Dr. Steven Hietanen IS THE BUTCHER OF ORTHODONTICS! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN YOU WILL NOT PUT THEM IN HIS CARE AS I WAS A PATIENT FOR 10 YEARS NEARLY AND NOW AND FACING MAJOR ISSUES AS AN ADULT! As a teen I tried to address the concerns I was facing and time and time again I was ignored! He's in it for the MONEY and nothing else... It will be one of the greatest regrets you make in your child's life, and he completely misdiagnosed the ISSUES I faced. Shame on all of these people who aide in this farce.
