WM Dental Care

My son, Jeffrey, saw Sarah the hygienist for a cleaning today. Because he has C.P. and can be a challenge, it takes a very patient and skilled person to clean his teeth. Sarah did an outstanding job today as well as the previous times she has seen him. Everyone is so kind and friendly at this office, and the waiting area is so warm and welcoming! I highly recommend WM Dental to anyone in need of a wonderful practice!

I just wanted to share the fabulous experience I had at WM! This is a long one.... After 20 years, my porcelain veneers needed replacing. I researched many dental groups and asked for references and settled on WM. Boy did I make the RIGHT decision! I've spent over 15 years in the medical field, so I was absolutely thrilled when I had my first visit at WM! They are so well organized it was a DREAM! Every single employee I met was as lovely as their counterpart! Every question was answered, the team really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and the pricing and outline of services was very clear. The timeline was laid out and all my appointments were pre-scheduled.... and I never waited to be seen! We had a few supplier hitches, but the team rallied on my behalf and things went as smooth as we could expect.... I am so pleased at how they were able to accommodate the vendor error and make it fantastic for me too; even staying after hours!!! I have a beautiful new smile that I am more than thrilled with. I really have to take the time to write an EXTRA shout out to Lianne, Lidiya and Dr. Barsoum.... You guys REALLY ROCK I'm so very grateful to have met each of you!

While I really enjoyed my dentist and hygienist here, the price tag is considerably higher than any other dentist I've seen in Buffalo, and the billing department is shady. They wanted me to pay almost $2,000 for a crown, and I declined the service. My dental insurance sent me a negotiated estimate of about 1,300 but when I brought it in to the office they would not honor it. I also got several fillings that I paid for in office and then got an email a week later that I would be automatically charged for an additional amount. I called the office And they told me it was a mistake and that they would clear it from my account, but the billing practice is here do not sit right with me.

What a wonderful and friendly environment. For anyone who has dental fears. This is the place to go. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable 5+stars from me 100% highly recommend!!!!
