I can’t say enough good things about this orthodontist office in West New York. From the moment you walk in, every employee makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. The entire staff is incredibly kind, professional, and always goes out of their way to make sure all patients feel at ease during every visit. What makes this place so special is how much they truly care about all their patients. They treat everyone like family and create such a warm and positive environment that you actually look forward to coming back. Whether you’re nervous or have questions, the staff always takes the time to comfort you and make sure you feel supported at any moment. The orthodontists and assistants are amazing, and it’s clear that everyone works together to provide the best experience possible. In my opinion, this is one of the best orthodontist office in New jersey, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding care and a such an incredible team. The receptionists are not the best and very disorganized especially when making appointments... they cancel without notice and reschedule at there discretion. Could be managements fault because the do look like they are under or around seventeen years old. As far as the actual dentists and dental assistants they are pretty good professional and inviting👌 They definitely need a better and bigger waiting area as well as a better system forbsetting up appointments. The waiting rooms should be cleaned more often🤔

Did a Great job at fixing my daughter’s underbite took a bit long but definitely worth it.
