My experience with Robbinsville Ortho has been amazing and I am so thankful my daughter’s experience with having braces was made so special because of the people who work there. From the moment you walk in, Sara makes you feel welcome with her positive attitude! The dental assistants are so sweet and always helpful when explaining what steps my daughter needed to follow to be successful in the process. Dr Fernandez is fantastic to work with and I am so grateful we had her as our orthodontist. Last but definitely not least, her billing team is great and we enjoyed our chats with Sara and Ilana! My daughter’s smile was always beautiful, but being able to make it even better and see her confidence the day we took her braces off was priceless!

I had the pleasure of working with Ilana, the Treatment Coordinator, and she was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. She guided us through every step of the process, including the X-rays, imaging, treatment plan, and financials, with remarkable thoroughness and patience. Her expertise and depth of knowledge were immediately evident, and she explained everything in such a clear and reassuring way. At no point did she make me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Anytime I had questions or concerns, she calmly addressed them and took the time to ensure I fully understood everything before moving forward. I was especially struck by her meticulousness and the genuine compassion she showed toward both me and my daughter throughout the appointment. However, I was disappointed during the appointment when my daughter came in to have pictures taken for her braces. The orthodontic assistant seemed rushed and made us feel like she couldn’t wait to get us out of there. Honestly, if I could give her 0 stars, I would. I even mentioned that my son will need braces in the future, but the way she was tugging and pulling on my daughter made me question whether he would be comfortable there. He already gets anxious just having X-rays taken at the pediatric dentist. When I expressed my concerns, they were brushed off with, “Well, that’s how it’s done.” Thankfully, my daughter was a trooper and got through it. After the X-rays and imaging were completed, I spoke with Ilana about my concerns and told her I may look for a more family-friendly environment when it’s time for my son’s braces. She was incredibly understanding and reassured me by saying to please bring him in when the time comes and they would make sure he felt comfortable. She truly has such a calming bedside manner and is incredibly sweet. Robbinsville Orthodontics is very lucky to have her, and honestly, if she weren’t there, I think many people would walk away. The rest of the staff could definitely learn a lot from Ilana when it comes to patient care and bedside manner. Another wonderful team member is Sara at the front desk. She is so warm, friendly, and welcoming. She made the entire check-in process pleasant and stress-free. She has a very calm, “Zen-like” personality that immediately puts patients and families at ease.

If you’re considering Robbinsville Orthodontics, don’t hesitate. Dr. Fernandez and her entire team are truly exceptional. From day one, they were incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and informative. Throughout the entire 22 months of my braces journey, I was never made to feel like a burden or a problem only supported and cared for. Before choosing this practice, I consulted with several other orthodontists. I ultimately chose Dr. Fernandez because of how detailed and thorough she was, and how well she educated me about my treatment plan. Her knowledge and ability to clearly explain every step gave me complete confidence in my decision. Once I began treatment, I quickly realized that this is more than just a place you go for appointments it truly feels like a family. Every team member is friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. I do not regret a single dollar spent. And as for my results, if I had known they would turn out this beautifully, I would have come here much sooner. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Dr. Fernandez! This is my second time getting braces, as the first time with a different orthodontist my problems were not completely fixed (my wisdom teeth allowed my teeth to overcrowd and left me with a harsh open bite, which the previous ortho either did not notice or did not care to look into) however Dr. Fernandez and her team understood my issues and explained every step I would need to take to get my ideal smile in detail, even if it meant I could not start my braces treatment for a few months since I needed to get and heal from wisdom teeth surgery. She and her staff are all incredibly kind, and I really appreciate that she was determined to get me the results I desired. Completely wonderful experience all around!

I took my daughter Kayla here to get her braces on, and the first time we went was for a consultation around Halloween. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles. The staff was so extremely professional and friendly! This is hands down the best experience I’ve had with an Orthodontist in my life. I love The way they handled my daughter with care and explained every step before proceeding. Ilana was one of the first people we spoke to when we walked in, and she is literally like a bright light in there. She exemplifies kindness, joy and understanding for the patients. It’s because of her why I felt comfortable referring others here. Her presence alone was enough for me to know that we will be coming here for all of our ortho needs.
