I was due for my six months cleaning and had the pleasure to be serviced by Dental Hygienist, Lesley. She did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She showed me, she cared, understanding, and relatable to me. Next time I return, I will be requesting her moving forward and if she changed locations, I would definitely follow her.

I love this place the people who work here are amazing EVERYONE THERE coming from a person who is scared of the dentist. My dentist makes me comfortable she answers my questions always having her staff fight with insurance. Dr.Hannah you are the best Thank you

The Newark office is the worst….I called early one day because I needed an appointment immediately because I had a broken tooth….they called and left a message explaining that I had a balance of $60 at the Irvington office and that they cancelled the appointment because of the balance. When I heard the message I called them back (2:00) was hung up on twice, I had to call from a different number and was still hung up on. Once I did get answered asked if I could pay the balance and still keep the appointment she put me on hold for another 5 minutes and returned to say pay the balance so I again asked if I could keep my appointment and again she said pay the balance. Never was I given the opportunity to pay the $60 balance and keep my appointment they were rude and dismissive unwilling to listen and help. My wife and kids are patients there and at the first opportunity to get a new dental office they will be moved….i will make sure I tell five people of how I was treated to an unsatisfactory level at that office

Thank Dr. Gaines and receptionist Aisha for caring about my well being I was going to cancel my appointment but they made sure I didn't because of my high copay. I left the officer and Dr. Gaines sent Aisha after me we fixed the situation and I was seen. Thank you ladies we need more people who love there careers as much as these ladies do.

Stay away. Appointments are 3 months away. They say they called but yet no missed call or voicemail in the call log. They say the claim is denied. When I called the insurance company the claim was never submitted.
