Cheng Mei Mei DMD

Very unprofessional. Their reception person cancels appointments without notice. I had an appointment booked for over a month and when I went there in freezing cold, the receptionist told me she's cancelled it. I showed her multiple appointment confirmation messages that I got from them, including a message they had sent just 2 hours back. They didn't even send a cancellation message (in fact their last message to me 2 hours before the appointment was to confirm the appointment). They say they will charge a penalty if you don't show up, but cancel appointments on their own (without warning). Highly unprofessional and immoral

I’ve been going to Dr. Cheng for about 8 years now- she’s a phenomenal dentist, her office staff is friendly and she cares about her patients. A very direct person, visits are timely, and straightforward, cannot recommend her enough.

I have been coming to Dr. Cheng for 10 years and she is the best dentist I've ever had! She's polite, gentle, and really cares about you. She is extremely accommodating as well. I can't recommend her and her staff enough! I moved away from Jersey City over two years ago to Jay, NY and I still make the trip down to her for cleanings. Do yourself a favor and call her for the best dental care around!! Thank you Dr. Cheng and all of your staff for making dental appointments pleasant!!

I have been going the dentist for 12 years. Dr. Mei Mei is very friendly and care the pertinent. I have sensitive teeth but when she is cleaning my teeth, no pain. I am comfortable. No waiting time is good thing too. I went other dentists before I found this, comparing she is the best !! I do not want to change any more.

Dr Cheng is the best-shes friendly, professional, and cares deeply for her patients. I love her demeanor and she's an amazing dentist. A++
