She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful appointment feel smooth and easy. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out. My sister and I had to find a new dentist after our old one went out of business, and we’re glad we chose Garden State Smiles! We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to schedule our new patient appointment within a few weeks instead of months. The front desk greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. All other staff, from the dental hygienist and dentist, were equally cordial and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, and the waiting room quiet, peaceful, and spacious. Our first visit left a good impression on us, and we look forward to continuing care here.

GSS is patient focused. They explain the procedure and insurance concerns, calmly and with respect. This is the way dental care used to be. GSS is the best practice I’ve experienced. And the staff at the desk is exceptional!

I'm a very understanding person who asks questions and wants to know what's going on. They made the situation with myself and my teeth easygoing and understanding. Taking me through the steps, being truthful, and transparent. Taking care of your teeth will make the process of cleaning easier and less painstaking but looking good is not always easy. I give them 5 stars.
