Dr. Gigi and her staff are amazing! I came here with my daughter for a second opinion and couldn’t be happier. Not only did they take the time to thoroughly explain things to me but they worked with my insurance so there were no surprises. Scheduling is a breeze, the office is super clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and my daughter (who hates any sort of dental work) is always confident and comfortable going in and coming out. Her progress in three short months has been incredible!

Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and care at this orthodontic practice. From the beginning, communication was poor, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable. My daughter, who is a minor and the orthodontist’s patient, was dismissed from the chair without any explanation, discussion, or follow-up instructions. Neither she nor I were informed that this was supposed to be her last appointment. When I requested to speak with the orthodontist for clarification, she appeared visibly annoyed and told me she had another patient, completely disregarding the fact that my daughter is her patient and had just been in her chair. When I raised concerns about my daughter’s unsatisfactory results with her braces, those concerns were brushed off with a dismissive attitude. The orthodontist was not open to questions, offered no guidance, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued patients. As a parent, I find it unacceptable that an orthodontist treating minors would fail to communicate critical information, dismiss both the patient and parent without explanation, and respond rudely when asked for clarification. This lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic courtesy is alarming. I had planned for my other three children to get their orthodontic treatment here, but after this experience, I will never return and will be finding another orthodontist. I strongly caution other parents to think twice before trusting this practice with their children’s care.

The staff seems kind, courteous, and helpful. Both my kids have gotten braces here and I’ve been satisfied with the experiences. The kids have never complained about anything either. I’d be happy to recommend this office to anyone I know.

My son has been coming here for owner a year , we love it ! We never wait we are in and out less than 15 minutes! I’ve even recommended a coworker she has been coming the same amount of time with her daughter, they love it as well! Everybody is always very nice. The front desk knows what they’re doing very good!
