Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

Dr. Sawires was the BEST orthodontist I’ve had while I was here for 1 year treatment plan for braces. She heard my concerns and didn’t rush when she was with me. The appointment system isn’t the most convenient but it’s understandable since it is very busy. Desirine was the best for my last appointment while she was instructing me on how to use/take care of my retainers. Would recommend this office with Dr. Sawires!

DB is a great place to get braces. They are very attentive and professional. My kid started with Invisalign first but that really didn’t work out and they gave us the option to switch. The process was seamless. Happy that we chose them.

Dr. Sawires and Maha were absolutely wonderful while helping my daughter. They were kind, patient, and truly attentive to her needs. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel comfortable and cared for. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident and supported throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and excellent service!

I would not give a single star to this place. Do not trust any good reviews. They offered me a free shirt a few years ago to write a review and I declined, who knows what they're offering now. This place is a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen and they are definitely committing some sort of medicaid fraud. They had me sitting in braces for 3.5 years with very little communication on my treatment and what the overall goal of it was. Despite wearing my retainer every single night since I got my braces off, my teeth are still crooked and not aligned how they should be because that's how they left me! I recently had a consultation with a different orthodontist and this is how I found out they align my arch incorrectly. I want to add that when I compare myself now to the end of treatment pictures I had, my teeth are in the exact same spots so this was not a shifting issue. This issue was entirely their work being insufficient. I don't understand why they kept me in braces for so long only to leave me with a botched arch and smile. They also go through orthodontists like water. Not a single orthodontist that was there when I started my treatment was working there when I finished. I don't know about you, but usually doctors work somewhere for more than a 3 year period. Having multiple orthodontists just passing you around is a recipe for disaster because these people definitely do not review any of the notes in the patient charts. Everyone at this place acts like it's their first day on the job, it's ridiculous. Everything about this nightmare of a place is so sketchy. I would recommend going literally anywhere else, unless you want to end up with poor alignment. They took advantage of me and the fact that I had medicaid and now I am truly paying the price, literally.

Staff is polite, knowledgable. Location is noticeable from street. No long waiting time. Doctor and staff explain everything in great detail from what is going to happen, to expectations etc. Highly recommend. Clean waiting room, procedure area and offices.
