I recently went to see Dr. London and her team for a consultation. The experience was nothing short of amazing. The facility is clean, inviting and professional. Every single one of the staff members are warm, friendly and actually seem to care about your case. Dr. London herself was knowledgeable, honest and up front about the suggested treatment plan, including potential limitations. They were not pushy about my decision to engage in treatment or not. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

My Dentist is across from Dr. London's practice and recommended Dr. London to me, I'm so glad he did! The first time I came in for a consultation, Dr. London and her staff have been so friendly and welcoming. I just finished my treatment and I have to say it's bittersweet, I am happy I finished my treatment but I'm sad because I will miss seeing their smiling faces. They have been nothing but wonderful, every time I came in they are always happy and you could truly feel how warm and welcoming the environment was. I highly recommend Dr. London. She and her staff are absolutely wonderful!

We started coming to London Family Orthodontics when my son was around 7 years old. He has anxiety and struggles with basic dental cleanings, so we wanted to introduce him to orthodontic care early and give him time to get comfortable with the office and team — and that decision paid off in every way. We knew it wouldn’t be an easy process, but we knew it would be very important to find the right care team to help us navigate. From day one, every single person here has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely patient with him. They never made him feel rushed or different, and over time he built a real sense of comfort and trust with the team. Today was a big milestone — getting his orthodontic device placed. It didn’t go smoothly at first. He was resistant and anxious, and what followed was a true testament to this team’s dedication. Shaina and Dr. London were endlessly patient, thoughtful, and flexible — adjusting their approach again and again until they found what worked for him. They got through the appointment successfully, and they did it with so much kindness. For any parent of a child with dental anxiety, I can’t recommend London Family Orthodontics enough. They don’t just treat teeth — they truly care about the whole child.

I cannot say enough good things about London Family Orthodontics! From the moment I started my orthodontic journey, Dr. London and her entire team made me feel super comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. The energy in this office is amazing. You can't help but smile when you walk in and smile when you walk out! One person I especially have to recognize is Cait. Over the course of my treatment, we were basically paired up as a team because we both love talking about Taylor Swift and teasing each other lol. She always makes my appointments fun, and somehow even the painful tightening appointments feel a little easier when she's around. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to build real relationships with them. Walking into an appointment feels more like catching up with a friend than going to an orthodontist. If you're looking for an orthodontic office that treats you like family while providing outstanding care, I cannot recommend them enough! 🤍
