I Booked an appointment here, did all of the paperwork needed. When I arrive they said they didn’t have insurance on file for my daughter. Why this wasn’t addressed before hand I cannot imagine. They had already started my son’s service. I frantically called my husband and insurance ect so I could be CERTAIN my daughters 20 mins of service would also be covered. The front desk confirmed we had coverage and not to worry. I’m a worrier so I blatantly said I do NOT want to have service if it’s got covered. The front desk woman directly and clearly at the last minute said it was. I get a bill of $811 today and I’m outraged. I called billing. The woman talked to me like I was a complete idiot stating there’s no notes saying that the desk confirmed insurance. Why would there be? But that IS what happened. This is criminal. I’m completely shocked and disappointed a place that has a reputation to uphold would bait and switch an honest person like this to this level. They counted and polish my kids teeth. This service was not even necessary and I 100% would not have ever paid $811 for ONE of my kids to have 20 mins of attention. I’m completely horrified with the way I’ve. Even treated on the phone by billing. Supposedly they’ll call back Monday. We shall see. She completely dismissed the details of my experience. I’ve never had a bad experience at a dentist in 40 years but Linder takes the cake. Hopefully someone that manages the place reads this and makes things right or at least a potential customer could see it and they could save themselves from this experience.

This is a place I would recommend to others. My kids are at ease when coming and it’s always pleasant talking to the staff. The atmosphere is kid friendly and inviting. Dr. Casey and the staff are really nice. They were gentle and patient with my son and are good with instructions with him. The environment is very kid friendly with a waiting area full of activities. My son even told me ,, they are gentle”.

Today started as a routine visit for my daughter to have a few baby teeth removed, but it quickly turned into one of the scariest moments I've experienced as a mom when she unexpectedly fainted afterward. I can never thank everyone at Lindner Dental enough for the incredible care, compassion, and kindness they showed us. Every single person jumped in to help, stayed with us while we waited for the paramedics, and made sure both she and I were cared for every step of the way. You didn't just do your jobs—you reminded us what true compassion looks like. We are beyond grateful to have you caring for our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

I’m extremely pleased with Linder Dental in Bedford, New Hampshire. The dental care there is absolutely amazing. I take all of my kids there, and we’ve always had great experiences. My daughter recently had two teeth extracted, and everything went so smoothly. Within just a few hours, it was like nothing had even happened. The bleeding stopped right away, she had no pain at all, and she recovered incredibly well. It was such a positive experience for her—and for me as a parent. Dr. Lee is awesome he is kind, professional, and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend Linder Dental to any family looking for outstanding dental care.
