Today started as a routine visit for my daughter to have a few baby teeth removed, but it quickly turned into one of the scariest moments I've experienced as a mom when she unexpectedly fainted afterward. I can never thank everyone at Lindner Dental enough for the incredible care, compassion, and kindness they showed us. Every single person jumped in to help, stayed with us while we waited for the paramedics, and made sure both she and I were cared for every step of the way. You didn't just do your jobs—you reminded us what true compassion looks like. We are beyond grateful to have you caring for our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

Wonderful experience at Lindner Dental. Everyone was very caring and I was made very comfortable. Waited 8 months to get in as a new patient and it was worth the wait!

They did great with the kids, made them feel very comfortable and were friendly and informative. However, our usual dentist had referred them to Linder to have a cavity filled for each of them. When I called, they confirmed they got the referral, we went over the options for sedation methods etc. I took a whole day off of work because I wasnt sure how my kids would react as this is the first time they would be getting any dental work more extensive than a cleaning and had someone else take the time to meet me there so each of the kids had an adult with them. When the appointment started, we were told they were under the impression we were here for a routine new patient cleaning. When I mentioned the referral, the dental assistant was able to pull it up in their charts right in front of me and said she didnt know how they missed that but that our appointment today was scheduled for a cleaning. We then spoke to the dentist who also said he had no idea how the miscommunication happened but that they wouldn't be doing anything today and to make another appointment. It was a huge waste of everyones time. Though frustrated, I did make another appointment to have the work done because as I said, they were great with the kids. Make sure you double, triple check what they're booking you for.

I Booked an appointment here, did all of the paperwork needed. When I arrive they said they didn’t have insurance on file for my daughter. Why this wasn’t addressed before hand I cannot imagine. They had already started my son’s service. I frantically called my husband and insurance ect so I could be CERTAIN my daughters 20 mins of service would also be covered. The front desk confirmed we had coverage and not to worry. I’m a worrier so I blatantly said I do NOT want to have service if it’s got covered. The front desk woman directly and clearly at the last minute said it was. I get a bill of $811 today and I’m outraged. I called billing. The woman talked to me like I was a complete idiot stating there’s no notes saying that the desk confirmed insurance. Why would there be? But that IS what happened. This is criminal. I’m completely shocked and disappointed a place that has a reputation to uphold would bait and switch an honest person like this to this level. They counted and polish my kids teeth. This service was not even necessary and I 100% would not have ever paid $811 for ONE of my kids to have 20 mins of attention. I’m completely horrified with the way I’ve. Even treated on the phone by billing. Supposedly they’ll call back Monday. We shall see. She completely dismissed the details of my experience. I’ve never had a bad experience at a dentist in 40 years but Linder takes the cake. Hopefully someone that manages the place reads this and makes things right or at least a potential customer could see it and they could save themselves from this experience.

My wife needed a extraction. They were ultra professional and one of the best experiences that she has had at any dentist. The extraction went great and she is very happy
