I had the best dental experience ever at White Pine Family Dental, from the easy online appointment scheduling to the actual procedure. The facility is beautiful, organized, and punctual, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and caring. I was especially impressed with the team of Katie and Dr. Prince during my procedure; they consistently went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. They also helped me immediately with my urgent dental needs, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, they offer yearly maintenance plans that can be applied to your first visit, and the fact that they offer Saturday appointments speaks volumes about their commitment to patient service. I highly recommend White Pine Family Dental to anyone looking for a dentist for themselves and their family. Thanks to the whole staff!

Best Dental experience I have ever had, I am 71. From the start this is a very warm and welcoming office or more importantly, group of people. They are all professional, kind, caring and attentive, could not be more so. The office is also very conveniently located or Central to Reno, and is extremely clean, comfortable and modern, just an excellent office space, right down to the Sonos in every room. The Technology is State of the Art and/or totally contemporaneous IMO, just very cool stuff and capability. Of course the Doctors/Dentist and Staff are also very knowledgeable with the technology and there are lot of the staff that have had very recent Educational Experience and/or Graduations. Instant X-Rays, Full 3-D Imaging, Photography, etc, all displayed right in front of you immediately. In house Milling of Crowns, this is a huge convenience for us patients. My story, or as to my specific needs, I will make that as short as I can. Began experiencing a severe toothache on Saturday, May 9th, and was able to reach the office and get an Appointment for 9AM Monday. I was seen and give basic diagnosis of Cavity and Crack on Back Upper Molar. Referred to Specialist for possible Root Canal but advised crack could be problem and not allow that work. Got me in that day, specialist confirmed crack was to bad, so was able to make an appointment back at WP for next day, Tuesday. Plan was created on Tuesday the 12th, 2 Crowns and 2 Chipped Front Teeth all to be done in ONE Appointment of just 3 hours. First they scheduled me for a Cleaning on Friday the 15th. They then looked very closely at schedule to get me in quickly for the major work, as I have upcoming travel requirements, they were able to set me up for 8AM, Tuesday, May 19th, (today). I am sitting in my office as I write this and all of that work is done and my mouth feels great, is in so much better shape and I am sure my Teeth look much better overall. The Staff: I am going to just list these wonderful people in Alphabetical order, Aubrey, Bre, Courtney, Crystal, Kade, Kristy, Rylie, Taylor, Dr. Tiffany & Trish;. This is a Family Practice with fantastic methods, policies and values that show appreciation, caring, compassion, flexibility, kindness, respect and support for their patients and staff alike. My Hygienist who performed the cleaning, has been on staff for years, along with her Sister. 2 of the 3 Assistants I had for my visits are Mother and Daughter, both long term, even the daughter has been on staff for 5 years and was a patient (of course) going back 20 years. Like they say in the movies, you can't make this stuff up. If you are looking for Dental Care, call White Pine, and this Family Practice/Office will show you what I have tried to describe here. I can’t say enough praise for this dental practice. They are truly the best dental practice I’ve ever experienced. I’ve gotten a decent amount of dental work here on both the general dental and orthodontics side as well. They are so patient, kind, fun, and caring through every visit. They take the time to truly discuss any concerns you have. They have created an incredibly welcoming environment and their staff is top tier. Thank you White Pine Dental for taking care of me so well. I will be a forever customer.

I can’t believe I’ve ever gone anywhere else. Their entire team is so friendly, professional, and welcoming. The facilities are IMMACULATE and my full care team was so nice and I felt that the care was well-rounded and explained to me very well. Also Thor office dog is SO CUTE!! 10/10 recommend this place to anyone. This is the cleanest my teeth have ever felt!

This place is a 1000/100! Everyone makes you feel so welcome and is incredibly helpful. I was helped by Trish and Patricia for a deep cleaning, and they were amazing; they made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Tiffany was my dentist, and she did great work while making sure everything was going smoothly and that I was okay throughout the whole visit. Jen at the front desk was also a huge help with everything! I hadn’t been to the dentist in 17 years because of fear from bad past experiences, but after working with this team, that fear is completely gone. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me and will continue to do. Thank you!
