Las Vegas Braces

BEWARE! The office staff is very unprofessional, the dentist is nice but you will get a bad taste in your mouth before even engaging with him due to constant stress, anxiety, and humiliation directed to you by office staff if you owe a balance. They have no empathy and only care about collecting MONEY. If you don’t pay your appointments will be set out for 60 days so they can collect payments and charge late fees. The financial manager never answers I’ve been trying to get in contact with her for 2 years. The office needs to be more diverse and emphatic. I am extremely stressed whenever I have to call or walk up to schedule an appointment. This has to change.

8/16/2024 Wrote my last review a few years ago, however, I'd fully recommend this company. Almost done with my treatment, and the staff and experience have been great. If you're looking for affordable cost and quality this is the best company for that. Thanks, again. _____________ Very caring staff. They always work with me for my available times for appointments. Each time I’ve had the pleasure of having to call this company I am placed on hold for longer then 15 mins each time Diana is very unprofessional I asked for another locations number an was placed on hold again for another 20 mins! I wouldn’t suggest coming to this location! This is why i go way across town because the Simmons location is much more professional!

Really great staff! This place has helped me feel more confident about my appearance and has definitely made me smile plenty. I love coming here because the staff are always so friendly and they do what they can to make you feel special. One of the staff members, Meaka, is always helpful and an overall fun person to talk to! No matter what kind of day you're having, it's always really nice to just be surrounded by all the positivity that spreads in this place. 5/5, would recommend to try.

Everyone there is great except for one employee named Dana . Very unprofessional rude , always has an attitude , and comes off as down right a miserable unhappy person . All of which is fine as long as you don’t have to deal with people . Also my home phone was used as contact info was receiving my confirmation for appointments through text which does not work with a landline phone ! Now I automatically get charged for no shows when this is not my fault and lack of doing her job properly . Can we get someone pleasant when you first walk in ?
