Very friendly atmosphere. Love it already from my first visit. My son felt very comfortable there. Love how they have a reward system and games in the lobby.
Great staff!! Everyone in the office is awesome! My appointment was scheduled on the 15th and I needed to be seen on the 14th. Thank you for taking me a day early due to my son was getting married that day❤️
Paid $3K+ for Invisalign with the promise that my teeth would be straight by the end of the treatment. My teeth were not complicated at all. The treatment took too long for the dental offices liking. When I needed my last set of trays to finally get my teeth to be fully straight the practice wanted me to pay an additional $600 for the last set of trays. They positioned that they were helping me out by allowing me to pay in 4 installments of $150. Beware of this place!
Love this place, right from the beginning when we did our first consultation with my daughter they were very helpful and professional. They did an amazing job of explaining the process not only to me but my daughter which really helped to put us at ease. We’ve been here for about a year, going on two. My little one officially got braces this Monday, Tahoney was amazing with my kiddo, made sure to explain and show her what was going on. She got a few laughs and giggles from her and made sure to explain care at home. They’re the best with kids here I recommend anyone with little ones to bring them here they’ll make sure you all feel comfortable and welcomed.
I would like to share my recent experience at your office. Overall, my visit was positive, particularly due to the professionalism and kindness of the dental assistants, who made my child's first treatment visit a pleasant one. However, I did encounter some challenges with the front desk staff, specifically with Dana, whose customer service was not up to par. Additionally, several individuals I referred reported difficulties in scheduling appointments, noting long hold times which ultimately led them to seek care elsewhere. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate the quality of care provided by your dental team and hope that these concerns can be addressed to enhance the overall experience for future patients.
