West Henderson Dental & Orthodontics

Our dentist recommended that my daughter get braces. After exploring several options, we decided to schedule an appointment with West Henderson Dental and Orthodontics since our regular dentist is separate from the orthodontist. They helped coordinate her cleaning with their affiliated office and arranged for her braces to be placed afterward, which made the process very convenient. The team was very helpful, organized, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We had a great experience overall.

My sister recommended this office after having such a great experience, and I’m really glad I decided to go. Shannel at the front office was very personable and took the time to clearly explain the pricing breakdown. Dr. Walker was very thorough and easy to talk to. He explained everything I needed and answered all of my questions clearly. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary treatment or upsold on anything. Everything felt straightforward and honest. Very happy with my experience overall!

Pretty dirty facility. I looked past it because the actual dentists were pretty nice. Front staff (lady with glasses) was super rude to me when a billing issue came up. All I wanted was a couple days to contact my insurance about it- cause I was pretty certain it was a mistake and they would not allow me to proceed with my appointment until it was paid- effectively holding my crown hostage over $150. I had no prior warning that there was a balance due before I walked in for my appointment. What if I didn't have $150 right then? What if I had to choose between groceries for my kids and paying for a crown they had told me I had already pre-paid IN FULL, the month before? Front desk lady didn't give a crap. When I told her, they'd be loosing my husband and I as patients over this, she was quick to say "byeeeeee" over and over. I've never not been given time by any business to pay a bill. I've never not paid what I owe. I can't believe they were so quick and willing to loose patients over a couple days of research and $150. Owners need to do some overhaul.

I had an excellent experience with this dental office. Everyone was incredibly personable, caring, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, never making me feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about their patients in both the quality of their work and the way they treat people. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such kindness. I actually look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

I used to go to a different dental office, but I had an urgent issue with my tooth over the weekend and ended up coming here. From the moment I met Dr. Yoo, I could tell how caring and gentle he was. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and always greets me with warm smiles. It made such a difference that I decided to transfer my dental care here.
