I was impressed that I was able to get a same day appointment due to the urgency of my need. Documentation was easy to complete online prior to the appointment. Arriving, staff was friendly and attentive. I expressed my concern of not being heard with other providers and it was understood! Fr. Sherman was great he focused on why I was there addressing the issue and said we could later discuss other concerns he had. He made me feel comfortable by being personable! He also wanted to take care of the issue right away but I was hungry and needed to eat something lol! I will have my issue taken care of next weekend and will definitely use Boulder Dental for my dental needs! The cost for services is impressive compared to other dentist using my insurance.

Just came in for the first time and I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was and how thorough the doctors were with all the dental work that needed to be done! For my first true dental work being done I will recommend for all first timers!!!! Thank your Dr Sherman and staff!!!! A+++++

The office appears to overbook patients while having only one dentist on site, which shows a lack of respect for people’s time. Additionally, from the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed or treated with the same courtesy I observed being given to others. The overall atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE..

The clinic is clean, but the sound inside is not music, it is noise, NOT conducive to the ears, it hurts to listen. Please play classical music. Rachel is the best receptionist: respectful in person, observes phone etiquette by introducing self, smiles, good customer service. Dental service can improve from good to very good.

I needed a plug on my implant. It fell out. I made the appt. ahead of time but still waited at least an hour - it's a busy place! So; once I got seated, had an xray of the implant, etc......then the dentist came popped in the new plug and I was done. For an Emergency type procedure; this was great and timely. The staff, especially the receptionist; was excellent and professional. Friendly, too. The dentist was quick, painless,and personable. I'd recommend. It is cold inside but next time I'd layer up a bit more.
