Everyone is incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional. Dr. Ly is very knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain procedures, making sure you feel at ease every step of the way. Aaron and the rest of the team are friendly, attentive, and truly care about their patients. They are also very insurance-friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining coverage and benefits, which made the whole process stress-free. I was especially impressed with their high-tech, modern equipment. It’s clear that this clinic invests in the latest technology to provide the best and most efficient care possible. They offer a wide range of services, so it’s convenient to have all dental needs taken care of in one place. The entire process was smooth, organized, and very professional. I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist because of some bad experiences. From the first phone call I was greeted with genuine kindness and willingness to assist. Then once I walked in the doors I was greeted with that same energy. They remember my name after that 1st visit. The front desk, the techs, and the doctors are all wonderful. They know what they are doing and they are very gentle. They care about you and how your treatment is performed. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. They helped with my fear and calmed my anxiety. I'm thankful for that. I'm glad I gave them a chance.

Assistant Liliana was exceptionally courteous from the moment I arrived for my appointment. She introduced herself in a professional manner and clearly explained everything that would take place during my visit. She was consistently attentive and careful to ensure I was comfortable at all times, making me feel very safe. Additionally, she provided detailed explanations throughout the entire process. Both Assistant Liliana and Dr. Walker communicated with me in Spanish at all times, which greatly facilitated my understanding of the procedure. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received. At the conclusion of my visit, the receptionist Melissa who assisted me in scheduling my appointment was also very kind and professional. I will definitely return for my future procedures.

I had a mixed experience at this dental office. The clinical team was fantastic — skilled, professional, and genuinely caring during treatment. Dr. Martinez and assistant (sorry I forgot her name) made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. Unfortunately, the front desk and care coordination side were the complete opposite. I experienced consistent attitude, poor communication, and what felt like a lack of organization. Basic questions and scheduling issues were met with dismissiveness instead of professionalism, which made the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. It’s disappointing because the clinical staff clearly provide high-quality care, but the front office experience significantly impacted my overall impression.
