I had a problem with an old permanent retainer - Dr. Chauncey got me right in and fixed it. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything as he was doing it. Julie was wonderful at the front. The whole experience was 10/10

I’ve gone to different orthodontic offices before and this one is my favorite ! I’m getting treated for braces and they have made my experience so much fun, they are super gentle when removing the wire and to putting them back on. Super flexible with appointments.
