Truly an amazing experience everyone is always so friendly every time I go in And this is my first time having braces and it made me super nervous because I’ve had really bad experiences with mouth procedures in the past, but everybody made me feel so calm and relaxed I typically have Hailee or Caroline working with me when I go in and they are amazing people 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone who is new to the orthodontics world!

Phenomenal! There are not even enough words to describe the care and thoughtfulness of Chartrand. The staff from scheduling appointments to wire adjustments, they care. Actually and genuinely care! They take the time to explain everything so you are comfortable every step of the way.

I would give Chartrand Orthodontics 10 stars if I could. The atmosphere is amazing, the team is extremely professional, and they’re very flexible with scheduling. It’s been an all-around great experience—I honestly can’t say enough good things. I actually look forward to my appointments every time!
