Office staff is always smiling upon arrival and helpful with convenient scheduling! Our appointments are always timely and prompt. We've had several of our children go through orthodontics and are very pleased with the services. Helen in Financials went above and beyond helping us with paperwork for insurance/HSA forms. Braces aren't always fun, but Chartrand makes it easy!!

We’ve been clients since the very beginning with Dr Chartrand and we’ve stayed for a reason. From adults with braces, to kids at every stage of their growing smile we find Dr and his staff to have warm and professional manners. They move quickly and see a lot of patients, but they don’t make you feel like you’re 1 of 40. We have had all sorts of work done and strongly recommend their personalized approach to your care. We feel they’ve been conscious not to abuse our ability to afford their services and recommend what’s needed and how to accomplish it in a manageable way. They’ve seen 4 of 6 in our family and I can’t wait to see how they grow and evolve as our family does.

This orthodontic office is beyond amazing! It’s clean and has the sweetest, most caring staff! Dr. Chartrand is fantastic he explains everything from the X-rays to the treatment. Tatenda the treatment coordinator is so helpful from start to finish she explains everything step by step and you can tell she really loves her job and helping patients. We also had the pleasure of having Hailey as my son’s orthodontic assistant and man let me tell you! She is phenomenal! She really knows what she is doing, she is so kind and precise on every move, she makes. I will hands down suggest this office to everyone we meet/know!

Wonderful place for the whole family! I have two kiddos who go here,one is on the spectrum and she even loves her visits. They have made a world of a difference for my girls who needed an under bite corrected.

We had our consultation and got braces the same day—arrived at 1:00 PM and left around 3:15 PM. The entire process was incredibly smooth and easy. Every staff member we encountered was warm, courteous, and professional. I really appreciated how the dental specialist explained everything in detail before beginning any work, and they consistently checked in to make sure my child was comfortable and pain-free throughout. The orthodontic coordinator, Teana, was amazing—very organized and thoughtful. What really stood out to me was Dr. Chartrand’s approach. He takes time to understand the patient’s full facial structure, including the airway, before beginning treatment—something many orthodontists overlook. It’s also clear that Dr. Chartrand values proper clinical protocol over appearances. While many places focus on making the office space “look cool,” this office visibly prioritizes best practices in health and safety. Every staff member involved in patient care—from the initial exam to the placement of braces—wore a mask and followed professional hygiene standards (unlike some other practices we’ve seen). The treatment area was clean, spacious, and filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Parents were welcomed into the treatment area with no hesitation, which I greatly appreciated. The orthodontic assistant even emailed us afterward with a follow-up video to help us remember everything that was discussed. Pricing was transparent, and the in-house financing options were clearly explained and very flexible. There was no pressure to commit that day—just a simple offer to proceed if we felt ready. Lastly, not a single staff member asked us to leave a review—no flyers, QR codes, or nudges. That alone tells me that the reviews here are genuine, which is why I’m happy to add ours.
