Staff was friendly, welcoming and professional - it helped to take the edge off of my apprehensiveness. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Karloff was easy to talk to, reviewed xrays with me, and explained (in a manner that was easily understood) options going forward. Before leaving, a staff member carefully reviewed with me the costs and insurance coverages associated with my care - very transparent! Everything about my visit gave confidence and trust in their care. A good experience - I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience today! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. They got me in quickly, took great care of my teeth, and had me on my way in no time. The entire process was smooth, professional, and pain-free. Everyone was kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Amazing office and staff! Switched to Capital Dental and they have been great every-time! They are amazing at explaining when things need to be done, making you feel comfortable and giving accurate estimates. Dr. Gebers always takes the time to listen to concerns and helps make the best treatment plan. At dentist in the past I felt like they always were finding something to fix even if it didn’t need to be and that can get costly. I have never felt this way here!! So happy I found Capital Dental!

This was our first time here. Really friendly gal at front desk. Very clean and pleasant. Really nice place to come to. Will come here again if need be. Was so amazed by the service provided. My granddaughter had 4 wisdom teeth pulled.was done in about a half hour. We was offered a variety of drinks. While myself and daughter waited. This doctor even gave us his number. In case we had problems. My granddaughter is up moving around after just having her teeth pulled the day before. Really great dentist office.The front desk gal even helped us get directions how to leave their office.Really pleased.

I had a wonderful experience at Capital Dental! From checking in, to the consultation with Ashlynnn and Dr. Karloff, to going over my treatment plan with Olivia! The entire office staff was very kind and professional. I have included a picture of front office staff including Olivia on the right. She made the financial responsibility part very easy to understand and was able to answer all my questions.
