They always get us in on time and even take us back if we arrive very early. Appointments are quick and scheduling is simple. Not to mention the improvement in my daughter’s smile. If I ever have a question between appointments the staff is helpful over the phone and they’re always friendly. Amazing office!

I have been going to them since I was in elementary school. I am now in my mid twenties and they still help me out whenever I have needed help! No questions asked, just a yes we will help you! It is so important to me to have people who want to help you in anyway they can!

To summarize: rude staff, lack of equipment, not friendly, miscommunication, snarky attitudes, lack of privacy and space between client chairs. - When I called to schedule my appointment, I was given verbal confirmation that they accept Medicaid, and that I would owe $0.00 for getting my permanent retainers removed as well as receiving new top & bottom nightly retainers. However, when I arrived and checked in I asked if they needed my Medicaid card as I am a new patient, and the teenage girl at the front scoffed at me and said "no, we won't need that" as if I was stupid. I was walked to the back where the doctor didn't even introduce himself, immediately laid me back, and proceeded to tell me that I would owe $300 for the night time retainers, as well as a removal fee for my wires. I told him that staff had communicated otherwise to me - and besides, Medicaid should always cover 100% regardless. The doctor (without communicating) just left and went to the patient next to me after I informed him that I wouldn't be able to pay $300+ today, given that I come in expecting no charge. After a few minutes, another doctor came over and after discussing a short plan removed only my top retainer for no charge. His swiftness is the only reason I have two stars. But after he had removed the top retainer, rather than rinsing my mouth out, he said "Okay, now stand up and don't swallow all that dust in your mouth. Walk across the room and rinse your mouth off in the sink." IM SORRY, WHAT? You can't even rinse my mouth for me??! There was no extra space between the client chairs, I could hardly even hear when the doctor was even talking to me if the doctor working one chair over was also speaking. I'm grateful I got the bare minimum that I needed done for the $0 fee I was told I would have, but truthfully it was in no way worth it. This place was horrible, and I absolutely will not be returning... ever.

All the staff has been Amazing with my child. I appreciate how fast they get us in and out for appointments. They are very informative with information.

We moved to Lincoln from Denver, CO, and I took my two sons to get an opinion about braces. Not only does it take weeks to get an appointment, but the customer service was rude, and there was zero effort or concern regarding the needed treatment from the Orthodontist. We never had such horrible experiences with a dentist and or Orthodontist in Colorado. We found another Orthodontist here in Lincoln and we are very happy. He called the boys previous Orthodontist for records, took X-rays of the boys teeth and gave us a plan that we gladly pay for in order to get the desired results. None of the above was done at this location. As a matter of fact we were rushed out and told to remove the braces half way through the prior treatment. Don't walk but run from this place ! Horrific !!!!
