I was really nervous about getting aligners for the first time ever as an adult, but everyone at the office is super nice and responsive. They also have the cutest dog there. I would recommend doing research beforehand and coming with questions - Dr. Hong is very busy but is always happy to explain things.

My daughter was under the care of Arch Orthodontics for helping with a problem that developed after her initial braces. Dr. Hong and her assistants were wonderful. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Dr. Hong ensured that my daughter was well-cared for, changing her orthodontic strategy when my daughter’s teeth were not responding. I was impressed with Dr. Hong’s persistence, insuring that my daughter’s issues were fully addressed. We are really thankful for Arch Orthodontics.

I had a great experience here. The Dr. is knowledgeable as well as the staff. The staff is very professional, kind, and quick. Each appointment, I was in and out with quality care. Pricing was good and they offer fair payment plans. I recommend this facility to everyone who asks about my treatment.
