I had a hard time finding a dental doctor that I felt comfortable with. I had a bad tooth infection I suffer from done disease from smoking. I made an appointment with Aspen Dental. I have to say this office—- can’t speak for others but this office in Arnold Mo . The friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Dr.P is an amazing doctor. She truly cares about her patients!! Not to mention Laura she’s absolutely one of the best I have ever met for an assistant. The Whole team showed kindness, caring, compassion That’s hard to find nowadays and most importantly everything is more likely done in the office. You don’t have to leave run around that made things a whole lot easier on me. I truly felt like I was a part of the team with them. They worked really hard on getting my dentures to fit correctly the first ones there was no way however the second ones were made 3-D dentures, and I have to tell you when they put those in my mouth. It truly felt like my own teeth. I was totally beyond satisfied, and if you are looking for a team, that truly cares about the person, then please make an appointment with Aspen dental in Arnold ask for Dr. P all the team. they’re is wonderful. This assistant I would suggest would be Laura she makes you feel very comfortable the passion that she showed with me going through. This was wonderful. It meant the world to me so I would give this place 10 stars if I could but definitely five star stars.

I called to make an appointment this Morning, March 25th, 2026. The receptionist was so extremely rude and condescending. I told her my husband was having extreme pain and she said, well since it’s an emergency we can get him in March 9th. Which is over two weeks away. I feel like she needs to learn customer service and how to treat customers. I will never recommend this dentist and felt totally disregarded as a potential client. I can’t believe the way this lady treated and talked to me this morning. She definitely needs to be retrained on her customer service skills immediately. Definitely lost my business.

Dr. Hawkins and her team are amazing! Everyone is so kind and patient. They take the time to listen to your concerns. You can tell they genuinely care about helping their patients. A special thank you to Alex and Nicole, for going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. They truly made the experience even better! Cannot recommend them enough!

I had my first appointment at Smile on Dental Studio and the experience was amazing. The staff was kind, generous and extremely gentle with me. I usually dread going for cleaning but that anxiety has been removed. Thank you!

I had my 6-mo check up yesterday with Ellie & Dr. Hawkins. Ellie always does an amazing job with my cleaning. Both she & Dr. Hawkins are focused on my long term dental health. All good!
