I absolutely love my new smile! Dr. Brock and Vern did an incredible job and truly gave me my confidence back. My entire experience getting veneers and crowns was wonderful. I was very nervous at the start, and my biggest fear was that my teeth would look fake or unnatural. I’m happy to say you genuinely cannot tell they aren’t my natural teeth. I’ve dealt with dental issues most of my life. I didn’t brush as well as I should have when I had braces in middle school, and having a permanent retainer on my top teeth made flossing difficult. Over time, this led to staining on my front teeth that whitening treatments couldn’t fix. I finally decided to explore veneers and crowns, and I’m so glad I did. From my very first visit, Dr. Brock was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. He took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explained the process, and showed me before-and-after photos to ease my concerns. My biggest worry was that my teeth would look too white or too large for my mouth. Dr. Brock was extremely thorough and meticulous with measurements and made sure everything suited my face and preferences. At my second visit, he placed the temporary teeth in a natural shade that blended perfectly with my bottom teeth—you honestly couldn’t tell the difference. At my final visit, when the permanent set was placed, I was shocked by how natural and beautiful they looked. A huge thank you to Dr. Brock, Vern and his entire team for making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with my results!

I was referred here by a coworker. When I went online to fill out a thing to have them reach out for an appointment, I wasn't sure what to expect, process wise. They quickly reached out the very next morning, and got me scheduled right away. I was in a lot of pain, and they were very kind and quick to treat the issue I was seen for. They were very patient and understanding, and made me feel comfortable, as I, along with many others I'm sure, don't love dentist visits. I've seen different doctors and dentists throughout the years, and this was the first time I had one reach out later after the treatment to check on me, which really showed how amazing they are at Chesterfield Family Dental. Will be back for any future needs, and will definitely refer to anyone looking for a good dental office.
