KC Braces + Kids

I had a consultation at KC Braces & Kids and came away with mixed feelings. First, the treatment coordinator was wonderful. She was friendly, personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I have no complaints about her at all. My experience with Dr. Robinson was different. I only spoke with him for about two minutes, and I felt like he moved through my treatment plan very quickly without much discussion or explanation. Rather than focusing on the specifics of my case, the conversation seemed to emphasize why the practice is the best and how great the overall experience would be. I left feeling like I had received more of a sales presentation than a detailed orthodontic consultation. Their pricing was comparable to other orthodontists in the area, so cost wasn’t a deciding factor for me. One thing prospective patients should be aware of is that the office offers gift card incentives for leaving reviews. I can’t say how much that affects their overall rating, but I do think it’s worth knowing when looking at the large number of five-star reviews. Overall, everyone I interacted with was kind, and I genuinely think the quality of treatment here is probably very good. I don’t believe I would have had any major complaints if I had chosen this practice. For me personally, though, I place a high value on a detail-oriented approach, especially with orthodontic treatment where small details can make a big difference. I simply would have preferred more time with the orthodontist discussing my specific treatment plan before making such a significant decision.

We decided to visit and get a consult after being recommended by a friend. The office staff is very friendly and professional. The pricing was less than 2 other consults we received. I love that it's a family of dentists/orthodontists operating the practice. My kids were treated with patience and kindness. I'm so happy with our decision to go with KC Braces!

We decided to get a second opinion with KC Braces after being referred to them by a friend for my son’s need for expanders.They were extremely fast in getting us in for a consult, answered any questions we had. We chose them over the other company as they were super knowledgeable, and the staff so friendly my son loves going there! They have been so easy to schedule and reschedule with and has been a great and painless experience so far!

My child has been a patient since 2022 and now we’re in braces. The whole process was quick and easy. All staff are friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend. We love coming here!

They have two locations which is nice for us to be able to travel closer. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive! The building is clean and well kept including the restrooms for all guests. This lady explained the steps she was doing which was nice for the both us to understand the process. My daughter got her braces on today! I loved them when I got mine done. It’s wonderful to know that my daughter will have the best experience here!
