Crossroads Dentistry - Fleming J Daniel Dr

I’ve been a patient at Crossroads Dentistry for over 10 years, and I can honestly say it’s the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Fleming and his team are professional, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable. My cleanings are always thorough, and I leave knowing my teeth are in great hands. The office is welcoming, the staff is attentive, and they truly care about their patients’ long-term dental health. After more than a decade of consistent, excellent care, I wouldn’t trust my smile to anyone else!

Haven’t been to a dentist in years and have been a bit nervous about going because I knew my teeth weren’t the best but the staff were very friendly and did an amazing job of getting me in ASAP working with my schedule. From the moment I stepped in to the time of departure it was a 10/10 experience. The doctor was friendly and informative the Hygienist was very helpful and informative as well with my gum health and hands down the best experience with a hygienist which is usually the only part of a dental visit that I use to dread. Originally I was told I probably would have to schedule separate appointments for x rays and cleaning but the assistant knocked out my x rays and 3D scan with ease and was surprisingly quick and the attachments didn’t hurt my mouth like other times at previous dental offices. In the end they took the time to collectively come up with an amazing treatment plan that worked with my insurance and late schedule and really went the extra mile that solidified my already positive experience. 10/10 would recommend , looking forward to my next scheduled appointments!

I had a recurring appointment today for a routine cleaning. Since I do not have insurance, I was prepared to pay out of pocket and sign a waiver like I had done the previous two times. However, after arriving, the receptionist explained that I couldn't do my cleaning today unless I had an exam. OK, no biggie until they tried to force me to pay the $185 before the exam and cleaning. This may be unreasonable to some, but I don't pay before the service is completed. I do not pay my barber before my haircut; I do not pay the mechanic before the car is repaired, and I don't pay the accountant before my taxes are done. It made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was untrustworthy of paying for the service or there was another issue. As I said earlier, this would have been my third visit, and the first two times, I got my cleaning, and then I paid immediately after.

I’ve been going to Crossroads Dentistry for approximately 8 years using my dental insurance. The Office always makes a six month appointment before you leave the office. I went for my 6 months cleaning and x-rays afterwards they file my insurance. Then in a few weeks cancels my next 6 months appointment and tells me I’m out of network and now owe for the cleaning and X-rays $284.50. They had been out of network just 2weeks before my appointment and did not let me know. Not even an apology from the office.. update from last year 5 star to a 1 star posted 8/10/2025.

I’ve been going here about a year now, and never once have I started my appointment at the time it is supposed to start. As I type this, I am on minute 31 in the waiting room. Last time it was over 45 minutes. Just schedule the appointments for later or call me and let me know I’ll have to wait so I can come later? I leave my work day for these appointments and it’s frustrating to not only me, but my boss and staff. They don’t even apologize when they call me back almost an hour late. Additionally, the cost is almost never what they say it will be. I apparently always have a “super small cavity developing” that needs to filled immediately! Which is odd because I’ve never experienced that with other dentists. To top it all off, I was given a quote for Invisalign & the office manager straight up just never called or called me back. He said it’d take a week, it’s been over a month. I’m finally here to get my Invisalign (if they ever call me back there), and I am regretting making the decision to do that through this office because of how unprofessional and clearly unorganized they are. The staff is nice and always so kind to me, so the 2 stars are for them.
