From the first time that I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a smile Everyone there is very polite and wonderful. I felt like a family atmosphere at someone’s house. Dr. Christensen and Dr. Diaz took really good care of my son. The ladies and accounting were absolutely amazing and wonderful thank you girls. I recommend this dentistry office 100%

I’m definitely a nervous person when it comes to the dentist however KC Smiles & CO actually offers you a “comfort menu” with different things to ease your anxieties. Even if you don’t utilize it the fact that they thought of that is comforting. Also. This was the best cleaning I’ve ever received. I went in wanting plaque removal & got just that. It was a really good experience and vibes were immaculate ✨

Pros: the hygienists are great! Cons: the dentist does not listen to patients and makes assumptions about the care the patient needs/wants. She does not do clear assessments with patient to fully understand their pain and experience with their teeth. - the dentist recommends unnecessary treatment and even expressed how fun it is for her to do it. - the doctor does not communicate clearly and speaks too fast making it hard to understand the reasons behind recommended treatment. She does not clearly go through the risks and benefits to doing treatment. - the office seems more focused on profit than true patient care. Such as pushing the 10% company fee onto patients if they use cherry financing program. This was the worst experience I have had at a dentist office and I’ve regretted agreeing to treatment since I got it. I expect much more care and understanding from medical professionals. I cannot overstate my disappointment in this dentist office.

We are new to the area and needed to establish new dental care. I unfortunately need quite a bit of dental work and dread the experience. I did a lot of research before making a decision. The online registration was easy and the office called to complete registration and confirm our appointments. The atmosphere of this office is very welcoming and the attitude of all staff is amazing. I had a great experience and walked out with a detailed treatment plan and expected cost. I am actually looking forward to beginning my procedures.

Alle and Dr. Sherar were wonderful with my kids in such a warm and welcoming office. From the fun stickers to the balloons, they were asking to go back inside before we even left the parking lot!
