We love coming to embrace! The new office is so beautiful and welcoming. Every time we come in the staff is very welcoming. Love to see Dr. Naon smiling face. She is very knowledgeable. She comes highly recommended from a Dr. I worked for and I would recommend her for anyone who needs orthodontic treatment. 100/10

Since the first time entering. Dr. Naon orthodontist office she was so welcoming and friendly. Her whole staff was friendly. She explained everything to my Kiddos(Shaad) & (Imah) and I. I was so nervous battling a gap and so much more major mouth problems. As a mother I am very protective about who works with my kids, I’ve felt embarrassed by my smile for so long but she allowed a safe space for any questions or concerns. She answered every question with confidence. She explained everything to us payments plans and what it was we needed. She put my anxiety at ease. Her communication is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for all of her patients. She makes us feel like family. My Kiddo’s and I are just now starting our journey and I am sooo excited to have chosen this location from a referral from my dentist. Please keep changing people lives a smile at a time. Dr. Naon and her staff are all incredible! With a child who suffers from anxiety we were worried about how she would handle her ortho appointment! They were nothing but welcoming, kind, and amazing with calming her anxiety and addressing her concerns! I highly recommend them!

I had a consultation here a last week and initially felt excited about potentially becoming a patient. Upon meeting her, Dr. Naon was warm, welcoming, and friendly during the beginning as we discussed my goals. I left the exam portion feeling optimistic about moving forward. Unfortunately, that feeling changed once treatment plans and payment were discussed. I came in interested in Invisalign. Dr. Naon quickly recommended a more aesthetically pleasing set of braces instead, which differed from recommendations I had received during previous orthodontic consultations. I wasn’t opposed to hearing her suggestion. In fact, I appreciated it. However, because it was different from what I had previously been told, I wanted a day or two to think it over and discuss it with my husband before making a decision. Here’s where things got disappointing. The patient education portion of the consult was rushed and felt harsh. She went onto say my smile was basically really bad and I needed extensive work. The moment I expressed that I wanted time to think about my options, the conversation seemed to shift from patient education to closing a sale. I was told the quote was only valid that day and that a down payment would be needed to lock it in. I was repeatedly asked what was causing my hesitation and whether cost was the issue, when in reality I was simply trying to mentally review my work schedule for the next appointment to get started and decide which treatment option would be best for me. She told me that regardless of which appliance I chose, the cost would be the same which I felt was odd, usually Invisalign is more expensive and this is when it click to me that money was her focus, not me as a patient. For me, It wasn’t cost, it was a matter of which appliance I wanted placed and I felt I shouldn’t be rushed into making a decision immediately. At one point, it felt as though taking time to think about a long-term treatment plan was viewed as an obstacle rather than a perfectly reasonable request. What made me uncomfortable wasn’t the recommendation itself nor the quote. It was the pressure to make a decision on the spot. As I’m scanning over my work schedule, I asked if I could come back in early July after the holiday to get started and she pressed for me to give a down payment. These are my teeth. This is an investment. This is a treatment plan that could impact me for the next couple of years. Wanting time to think about it should not be unusual. I’m sure this office may be a good fit for patients who already know exactly what they want and are prepared to start. However, if you’re someone who likes to compare options, discuss major decisions with your family, and make an informed choice before signing anything, this may not be the experience you’re expecting. I walked into the consultation feeling excited about becoming a patient and left feeling like a prospective customer being rushed toward a transaction. That difference is ultimately why I chose not to move forward with treatment here and went with a trusted Dr. I wish the practice and Dr. Naon nothing but the best moving forward but I will not be visiting again. There are much more patient and caring Orthodontists out there, trust me. If you get a consult here, get a second opinion elsewhere before spending a dime here.

Dr. Sarah Naon is amazing! Incredible orthodontist who is intelligent and very compassionate about what she does. If you are needing an orthodontist, she is the one to see!
