Amazing Smiles Orthodontics

So far so good. I have had nothing but good happy care. I started my journey the end of October and loving it and the staff. I go in with a good attitude and i get the same. I did see where some people will leave a bad review do to being late. I get it because i work with a plastic surgeon and if one person is 10 or 15 min late it throws the entire day off. We have to be mindful that when we are late it makes the next person late when they got to their apt on time. Just as we like to be given Grace give the workers some Grace. I have not had the front desk be nasty to me and if they are then that is not good. Front desk sets the tone for the office.

I love the Clayton location. Everyone we have encountered is very professional and very knowledgeable. Both of the front desk receptionist is excellent. They are pleasant every time they answer the phone and go above and beyond with every interaction. I would highly recommend this location!

The staff has been amazing and polite. My daughter is very pleased with Amazing Smiles and I am too. Thanks for enhancing my daughter’s amazing smile ☺️

Been trying to get my medical documents since August of this year. Been almost 100 days and still haven't received them nor any information as to how to receive them. Staff regularly ignores my emails and I have to send multiple follow up emails to get a response. Edit: Did get a response finally with the medical records I wanted (after posting this review...). Now trying to discuss other matters with the office and once again have to send multiple emails over 2 weeks in the hope of getting a response. Extremely frustrating experience overall. 2nd Edit: Took 2 weeks to get a response of the office manager. Was a unprofessional response. Still don't have the other information I requested.

This is the best orthodontist experience ever! My son’s teeth are perfect now! We had another orthodontist for my other son and his teeth are not as esthetically appealing as my son’s at Amazing Smiles! It’s a true art! I will come back with my third son!
