Smile Design Orthodontics

Smile Design Orthodontics is a great place to take your child to. They are very kind, and Friendly. They are wonderful at answering your questions. They never hesitate about certain questions you may have and don't understand. Highly recommend them. This was the first time my Child had to have braces and they did an excellent job.

Great experience at Smile Design Orthodontics. The staff was very kind and made us feel welcome from the start. Dr. Minor was amazing and thorough, and explained everything in a kid-friendly way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care for their child.

Terrible Terrible WILL NOT BE BACK!! Appointment was at 2:30 pm check in 10 minutes prior. Never acknowledged once scheduled time came. I got up 10 after scheduled time to see if I needed to do anything else. I then get told I have to pay a fee of $150.00 which is not a problem. But I wasn’t told time information when I initially scheduled the appointment. I then asked why no one called me, and they tell me my number was disconnected when they called- but once they repeated the number, it wasn’t even mine. The young lady at the desk was acting just, honestly rude with the lack of information she was providing me. I try to support since my child attends the dentist in the same build. But NO!

I was referred to this office and I am so glad that I made that choice. The office and the staff are absolutely amazing people. They do an incredible job on my child’s mouth. He always talks about how wonderful his mouth feels when they’re done. He does not complain. I can see for myself how great it looks when he opens up. The environment is very clean and the staff made us feel comfortable. The service is fast too. I definitely would recommend this place.
