Every visit felt luxurious and top tier. The staff was always so welcoming, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about me as a patient. What stood out the most is how they build real relationships with their patients. They know you by name and make you feel so special every time you walk through the door. From the moment I became a new patient, they welcomed me with goodies, and when my braces came off, they even sent me off with a small “thank you for your business” celebration and goodies. That truly made my day and showed just how much they appreciate and care about their patients. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The waiting room is beautifully decorated with nice aesthetics for all ages, which makes every visit enjoyable and comfortable. We have had the best experience with Simpson Orthodontist! Dr. Simpson and his staff go above and beyond for their patients! The office staff is so sweet and really care about you! They make you feel like family! I highly recommend them!!

Dr Simpson seems to be a good orthodontist & staff is nice. The problem is, in our experience, he isn't in the office much. There is a tech who has trouble getting brackets on & the brackets are always coming off, & not due to anything patient is doing. No one is in the office who can fix them for days & teeth start quickly shifting out of place. This has happened several times in a few months.
