All of my kids and myself have been patients here, and from start to finish, the experience has been wonderful every single time. The staff is warm, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. The beautiful ladies in the front learn your names and it makes you feel like you’re family. They make the process easy and stress-free, and they always take the time to explain every step. My last baby just got their braces off, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! We’ve had 3 boys come through Dr. Simpson’s office for their braces. We love him and all of the friendly staff!!! They make the day so special when it’s time to get braces off.

So far 3 out of our 5 kids have had to get braces. We have been seeing Dr. Simpson since 2008. Each of our kids have had different issues with their teeth, but my 11 year old son was faced with losing 2 of his permanent teeth without Immediate intervention. It was not guaranteed it was going to work, but after a year with Dr. Simpson, he was able to save his teeth and put them in their correct position. Praying my 2 little ones won’t have to have braces in the future, but if they do we know exactly where to go. Let’s not forget about the amazing staff in the front office. They are the sweetest ladies ever. In 17 years I have never had one bad experience with Dr. Simpson and his staff.
