My son has been coming here for almost a year now, and I appreciate how organized the office stays even during busy afternoons. Check-in is quick, reminders are reliable, and appointments usually move on time. One assistant remembered he had a soccer tournament coming up and tried to make his adjustment as comfortable as possible beforehand. That personal attention really stood out to me because most clinics don’t remember details from previous visits.

Abdi was very polite and helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions about my teeth clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and well informed. I really appreciated his professionalism and the care he showed.He was genuinely helpful and made the whole experience a positive one.

My daughter had a very disappointing experience at Smile Orthodontics in Saint Paul. She was scheduled to come in, but the orthodontist was not present, and she only met with an assistant. Why schedule patients if the doctor isn’t available? This shows a total lack of consideration for people’s time. She was not informed beforehand about this, and as a result, she left without any clear answers regarding the treatment length or cost. Even more frustrating, she was told she has to wait about a week just to get that basic information, and then another month to start treatment—even though she is ready to pay out of pocket. This process makes absolutely no sense and feels unnecessarily rigid. Clear communication and respect for patients’ time should be a priority. Being made to come in only to wait, with no real progress, is incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. I hope Smile Orthodontics reviews their policies and ensures patients are fully informed before scheduling visits.
