I went for my first visit here, the staff were so friendly like everyone said, the doctor was amazing and just as friendly, my appointment was quick but they were very good at communicating everything along the way! Rachel was my hygienist and she was fantastic - the best i’ve ever had!

Everyone was extremely kind and informative! I felt that the provider genuinely cared for my wellbeing and sought after my best interests. Super attentive and empathetic! Overall great experience and great staff!

My first appointment was great, they knew I had a lot of anxiety after a traumatic dental experience. The second appointment 6 months later was the opposite. The assistant was great, and non-judgmental. Dr. Setia was brusk, demeaning and rough. Do dentists forget that there is a person attached to the mouth they are working on? She did not speak to me directly but made judgmental comments and it is not like it had been years since my last cleaning, I had just been there 6 months before. I can only imagine how she treats people struggling with their mental health who have not had dental care for years. This is not a dentist for neurodivergent people. Not everyone has an hour twice a day to be as meticulous as she would like.

Amazing experience! I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 8 years and the compassionate care I received was incredible. Extremely kind staff, Dr. Setia walked me through pricing before I committed to a care plan, and worked with me on a payment plan to cover the cost of my fillings and night guard. Called me after my appointments to check in on me and see how I was feeling which I had not experienced before. I signed up for their membership plan for cleanings, which if you don’t have dental insurance, I highly recommend! 10/10 experience, incredibly grateful I picked Grand Avenue Smiles and Dr. Setia!
