Veil & Wild Orthodontics

I had the pleasure of getting my braces treatment at Veil & Wild Orthodontics. Everyone was so kind, professional, and accommodating. They were able to work around my work schedule and change appointment times as I needed. Towards the end of my treatment, I informed them that I was relocating out of state, and they immediately prioritized me and my schedule so that they could remove my braces and have my retainers placed before I had to leave. If you're considering braces, Invisalign, or retainers, I highly recommend Veil & Wild Orthodontics to receive treatment!

My permanent retainer (from my childhood ortho) came unglued on one side and started poking me while I ate. The receptionist at Veil and Wild was very knowledgeable about pricing and got me an appointment quickly. Talia did a great job making sure that the side that was poking me got re-glued and also replaced the glue where it had (unknown to me) come unattached in the middle. She was very diligent in making sure that the retainer wasn't coming loose anywhere else and that the repair wasn't too bulky and fixed the 'pokey' loose side. Given that this was a pretty minor fix, it was great that pricing was more reasonable and the appointment time sooner than other orthodontists in the area. I'm also impressed with the 6 month guarantee on the repair, given that until a week ago I'd never realized that the retainer could come undone and start poking me.

I have been extremely happy with my experience thus far with Dr. Wild. I started Invisalign last May and have really enjoyed watching the progress! They send you a video at the first appointment to show what your teeth will/should look like with each set of aligners. Very cool! The staff have all been very friendly and accommodating. I referred one of my co-worker's to him and they were very impressed! 5 STARS. :)

Friendly staff with great care! I was about 30 minutes late to the appointment because since the location was downtown Minneapolis, I got lost. But the staffs and Dr. Wild were nice enough to still see me. The initial appointment went quick, but I got all my questions answered and reassured about the whole Invisalign process. Can't wait to get started and to continue my regular check ups here!

I go to their Downtown Minneapolis location (this one) but they have plenty of other offices. I am under the care of Dr. Wild. So far, it's been absolutely incredible! They are super nice and it is very easy to reach out to them with whatever question. They were super clear since the beginning, providing me with all the information I needed (I had my first consult with them in February). They are also always available not only for questions, but to intervene with whatever you should need during your Invisalign treatment. Their orthodontic assistant, Betsey Nelson, is also the absolute best! A place that makes you feel at ease and comfortable while receiving high-quality care.
