We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Miller Orthodontics. Our 13-year-old son Ethan got his braces a few weeks ago, and the entire process has been smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Dr. Miller is extremely knowledgeable and clearly leads a well-trained, professional, and kind team. We especially appreciated Denise, Shannon, and Andrea—all were patient, friendly, and very informative, which made Ethan feel comfortable and confident. After comparing several orthodontic offices, what stood out most was how personal the care felt. We never felt rushed or treated like just another patient. Dr. Miller explained everything clearly, and just as he said, Ethan only had mild discomfort for a day or two and is now completely back to normal. We truly felt treated like people, not a number, and highly recommend Dr. Miller Orthodontics to any family considering braces.

The front desk staff went above and beyond when I had to reschedule my son’s appointment twice in one day—first because of school testing, then due to a fire alarm. They were calm, understanding, and worked hard to make sure he could still be seen. I really appreciated their professionalism and flexibility.
