Northern Oral & Maxillofacial

I’ve been to Northern Oral Surgery quite a few times over the last year. I’ve had some teeth removed, and recently had dental implants - I needed a lot of work, which was pretty stressful. I have seen 4 of the Doctors over the course of this treatment (mostly Dr. Morse) and all of them have been fantastic - professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. All of the staff (and especially the assistants) at Northern Oral are incredibly kind, empathetic, and patient (I’m anxious at the dentist). They know what they’re doing and it shows. Scheduling was easier than expected and I never had difficulty getting in to be seen. Any time I had questions or concerns they were happy to assist me and genuinely showed interest and care. I’ll be honest, not all dental providers I’ve dealt with have been ethical and we all know how expensive it can be, so to find a reputable establishment that prioritized my well being was pure gold. Not having to worry about their level of professionalism and experience was a weight off my shoulders. I can’t speak more highly of the team at Northern Oral and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or go back if the need arose. Thank you to everyone at Northern Oral!

I hate the dentist and it was the best and easiest process the entire time. All the employees like front desk, dentist, assistances, we’re all so patient and supportive through it all. I’d highly recommend anyone and everyone to come here. They care for their clients and work with you as much as they can. Also offers payment plans which helped a lot with current my financial situation.

I had such a great team of people to pull two of my teeth. I originally planned to be put to sleep but then changed the plan last minute to do laughing gas being I am a breastfeeding mom. They were completely on bored with it & understood my reasoning. I highly recommend! All other places for me my anxiety would be through the roof before even starting but not here they made me feel so comfortable & welcomed

Based on only an initial consultation, most feedback is positive, with a bit of it intended to be constructive. Tammy, Rachel, and Dr. Ash were all excellent, thorough, friendly, and they readily answered all my Q’s. Facilities were also great. On the improvement opportunity side, the pre-registration electronic form took a good 45 min to complete, and I can’t understand why it was necessary to repeatedly enter the exact same info 4-5 times. (SSN, spouse’s SSN, address, insurance info, etc., etc.). Thorough is fine and understandable, but in hindsight, I should have completed paperwork manually and just drawn arrows to all the repeat requests. Great people, but a few minor opps on the systems side. Unfortunately, they also don’t accept my insurance.

My second molar extraction and implant to come with Dr. Morse and his group. I was in a lot of pain and anxious about this tooth. I cannot say enough about the comfort care and expertise in my medical team each time I’ve been there. This last time was no different. I was so grateful for all staff assisting in my surgery and anesthesia prep, giving me confidence that everything will be ok and it absolutely was. Dr. Morse is excellent, and was extremely helpful in getting me into surgery as quickly as possible. Thank you so much!!
