Hello All , First appointment May 20 ,2026 I can only say amazing things about this place . The first thing is the experience I have had with this dental office . In all my 26 years of living , the staff here is the most professional, welcoming ,charming, empathetic, experienced and supportive team I have ever come across. I came to Know them in need of help as I had a horrible experience with a dentist in northern MN (Aspen Dental )because of their inability to adapt to a growing cavity they found but could not get me in soon enough to take care of it. The moment I called this office and let them know I had an emergency they jumped into action. I called on Monday May 18 and had an appointment by the 20th the same week and once Shelly and Annie got my ex rays they even got my cleaning done in 15/20 mins which had not been done for 1year and 5 months because of the other office playing around and not taking my situation seriously! They listened to my concerns about losing a tooth so young due to being mishandled and put aside by my previous dentist. They told me the best course of action and empathized with me to help me come to a decision to get an extraction which is extremely hard to imagine getting in my 20s. I made my decision after doing a thorough examination and X-ray of the tooth in question.They referred me to an oral surgeon and I got an appointment with a oral surgeon that could do the extraction ONLY after a consultation first but due to the severe and extremely painful tooth ache I found my own surgeon (Twin Cities Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery center in Eagan MN)who could do it on Friday of that same week so that is what I chose to do .After getting my extraction ,I had to heal before continuing the process of fillings. Second appointment June 24,2026 I called 2 hours earlier to let the know I would be late upon arrival and the moment I got there Shelly put me in a chair . She numbed me up with the good stuff since I had 6 small fillings to get done . Every step of the way Annie and Shelly would constantly ask me if I was okay, comfortable, and if I needed a rinse.Annie took her time and perfected my teeth one by one polishing and making me laugh along the way. As the appointment drew on . More patients started coming in and Annie had to bob in and out but she did not rush or leave me waiting to long either while Shelly stayed by my side the entire time sharing beautiful and a really inspiring story with me about her family. We even prayed together and cried together lol. Especially after I saw my new front tooth. Let me tell you not being able to smile confidently and always covering up my deformed front tooth was a thing I had accepted would be apart of my life since every dentist from here to Texas said that they could not do a cosmetic filling and could only do a crown! But not Annie!She confidently told me she could fix my front tooth with a filling no problem and the moment I saw her work I cried because I had a beautiful smile finally after waiting so long !!Lastly, I want to say that the account/payment woman named Nicole is the BOMB ! She walked me through every option and opportunity I had to get the most work done in the least amount of time with my dental coverage . She also assured and assisted me with scheduling my extraction and made sure I had all the info in needed to do my surgery. In summary come here if you have a tooth emergency because they are extremely understanding and they are willing to work as fast as they can knowing that you are in pain and that you need help and also come here if you like welcoming, loving and professional team they work very well together and they also Are extremely considerate of their patients and the tooth issues you may be having . Lastly, I included a photo of where I went to get my extraction done a day after my appointment with my NEW DENTAL HOME!❤️

I have been seeing Dr. Ross Anderson for many years now. He is gentle and understanding and the facility is extremely clean and modern. Everyone from the dental assistant to the hygienist and the front desk folks are top notch.

Came in for a regular cleaning and did not realize my insurance had lapsed the day before. During the cleaning they asked if they could update my x-rays. I told them if it is covered under my insurance that I had no problem with that. They did not check and took the x-rays. 4 months later I am getting billed for the visit including the x-rays. I completely understand that the insurance lapsing is not their fault but I did also ask that they check to ensure that my insurance would cover the x-rays. If they would have they would have seen that it had lapsed. Called to see if they could simply remove the charge for the x-rays and I would pay for the visit. They refused to do this. They have now lost a regular patient who would have been in multiple times a year over $150.

Great Dentist. Seth Amadio is genuinely a nice guy and appears honest and thorough. I highly recommend him. Ashley and Sierra provide an excellent positive experience while cleaning your teeth. I would happily book with either hygienist in the future. Overall, good atmosphere and facility.

Goodbye Lake Superior Dental. After being a satisfied patient for probably 30 years I must look elsewhere for service. Mobility issues force me to move on as I can no longer safely manage your stairs and the 1st Street entrance is also too much of a challenge. Thank you for caring.
