I wish there were more stars to give Carlson Orthodontics! The first day I brought my daughter in for a consult I knew it was the place for us. The kids' pictures all over the walls showed that their patients were more to them than just numbers or dollar signs. The lively staff (they all have the best SMILES) and warm and friendly welcome made an out-of- the-ordinary visit seem even pleasurable! The staff talked directly to Hannah as if she were the patient, because, well she WAS, and she would be the one taking the responsibility of making the most of this investment, so this was so good to see. They had the expectation and respect that empowered her to make smart choices with her braces. Each appointment we were met with the same warmth and professionalism! They were very organized and extremely helpful with any questions my daughter and I had. Along the way, she was rewarded with gift cards and goodies for following the protocols. We were thrilled that it took her less than the predicted time period to get her braces off! Today her smile is worth a thousand hugs.... I mean, words! Dr Carlson is an excellent Orthodontist. I know this from both a professional and personal perspective. Professionally-I worked as a dental assistant for 7 years in the Duluth and Twin Cities Metro area. Dr Carlson is the best Orthodontist I have known. He treats his patients and staff with respect and kindness. He uses top notch technology and procedures. Personally-I waited until I was 40 years old to get braces and the necessary jaw surgery. I unitized Dr Carlson for the work and couldn't be happier with the results. Every time I visited Dr Carlson, I was treated and felt special. My smile really does speak for itself! I can't say enough good things about Dr Carlson. If you are looking for the best, your search is over!

Carlson Orthodontics has been a fantastic place for our daughter to get her braces. They have always been welcoming and helpful; and really know how to work with teenagers. She enjoys going each time, she doesn't dread going to Carlson like she does the regular dentist:) Dr. Carlson is very nice and easy to work with. We have enjoyed our experience with Carlson Orthodontics!

I've wanted braces for a better smile for years, but put it off because I'm a busy professional and didn't want the hassle and appearance of braces as an adult. Until my dentist told me my teeth were wearing out more quickly because they didn't fit together properly. So I started researching my options. I wanted the shortest treatment period and least visible braces I could find. That led me to the SureSmile website, where Dr. Carlson was listed as the local orthodontist offering them. The SureSmile braces can shorten the time you have to wear braces quite a bit. Better yet, Dr. Carlson was just starting to offer "lingual" style braces that go on the back of your top teeth - invisible! So with both of my goals met, I made the leap in October of 2012. Just over a year later, my braces came off two days before Thanksgiving - turkey never tasted so good! The funny thing is, I told a number of friends that I just had my braces taken off and a few commented, "I didn't even know you had braces!" Lingual braces are awesome - at least after you get used to them. :-) I can't say enough good about Dr. Carlson and the entire team at Carlson Orthodontics - over-the-top friendly and professional. Over 13 months I never had to wait past my appointment time - they run like a sewing machine! I give them two thumbs up and a wide smile!

Every time I get my check up I always leave happy, everyone there is always so nice. I wish there was more stars to give, my friend was right for telling me to go to Carlson to get my dream smile.
