It was very easy to schedule online and I was able to fill out all paperwork before hand to make registration very smoothe and quick. At the appointment, we were greeted by Ellen who was extremely knowledgeable and professional in our consult. She, herself, could be an orthodontist! Dr. Schroeder was so good to our son. He made all of us feel very comfortable in the appointment and was very open, honest, and transparent about the treatment plan. We look forward to our braces journey with Carlson Orthodontics.

All of our children are going to Carlson for their orthodontic care and we have been satisfied with results. It took some time to get the communication down and I definitely had to advocate at times for our family. They were very flexible with appointment times and accomodating with retainer needs.

Had an awesome experience at Carlson Orthodontics! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. Jake Schroeder was my orthodontist, and he was outstanding—took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable, and the results speak for themselves. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional experience at Carlson Orthodontics. From the moment we walked in, we were truly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and welcoming atmosphere of the entire team. The staff made Leo feel completely comfortable right away, which meant so much to me as his mom. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, so we left feeling confident and fully informed about the next steps in his treatment. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such high-level expertise with such a warm, fun, and thoughtful environment. Even the small touches—like sending us off with a chocolate chip cookie—made the visit feel special. I cannot recommend Carlson Orthodontics highly enough. If you are looking for a practice that is professional, kind, and truly cares about its patients, Carlson Orthodontics is outstanding!
