When I mentioned it during a routine cleaning, the team responded kindly and reassured me that replacements—especially for front teeth—are very common. • They handled everything smoothly and efficiently. After a follow-up evaluation, the crown was replaced the next day in under two hours using 3D technology, and the fit and appearance are excellent. Dr. Nick was extremely attentive and detail-oriented. • What impressed me most was their integrity. The replacement was done without any additional charge, and I was encouraged to come back anytime if further adjustments were needed. This level of generosity and professionalism is rare. • Having lived in South Korea, where medical standards are very high, I can confidently say this clinic meets those expectations. The office is spotless, the staff are warm and welcoming (even with my baby), and small details—like great coffee made with real milk—make a difference. • Parking is covered for a couple of hours, and the downtown location makes visits easy and pleasant. Unfortunately, I had no dental insurance for many years and no cleanings and some teeth issues. My first time at Gregorich and Matack was the best dental experience I've ever had! I saw Miss Lori and she was so gentle and kind! Thank you so much Lori! I met Dr Joe and he was kind and wonderful as well! I'll see you guys in a few months! I finally have hope that I can get my teeth repaired and under control again!

This place is great! I have always been scared to go to the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable. Everyone there is so nice! I no longer dread going to the dentist. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I had my six month cleaning today. Dr. Nick and Anya are the best. I was sad when my favorite hygienist moved and then my next favorite retired. My new favorite Anya is wonderful. I have adjusted to the new downtown location and will continue to support this office. What a great staff all around and great care! Pat M
