Painless Dentistry - Lansing

I was going to let these photos of the very unsanitary surroundings just speak for themselves but after my last experience with them today I need to warn people about how truly unprofessional and unsanitary they really are. Not only has it been extremely dirty, nothing is ever wiped down, cords are always all over the place, painful experiences here with my teeth being extremely sensitive after work and letting my dentist know how bad it was and her brushing it off, they wanted me to come back in after I put these photos up because Dr.Allison was leaving and I was under the impression that maybe my new dentist here would be better, I have a long history of cancer and am extremely immuno compromised, when I came in and was greeted today instead of talking about how they could better their surroundings or the experiences I've had the male dentist came in and tried to confront and scold me about the photos that I simply took of their surroundings. This is their work space and how they represent themselves, just let the other horrible reviews of them messing people's teeth up speak for themselves. Not only can you not trust them with your teeth, you cant even trust them with a clorox wipe or to even clean a single surface and they just allow sick people in there to be exposed to all kinds of bacteria. But this is also how they chose to represent themselves instead of making things better this is how they chose to be and they cannot even begin to accept that maybe things are alittle messed up in their work environment. But hey I can let you be the judge of your own experiences but take it from me if this is where you want to be and have your teeth worked on thats your choice they obviously have no means of bettering their environment yet alone someone talk about their experience here. Gladly am not coming back and I will be sharing my experience with this place everywhere to warn people about the risks of coming here.

I chose this dental office for my dad to close up some loose ends before his open heart surgery, and I'm so glad we did. They really took great care of him. We did run into a couple of hiccups, but the staff was incredibly fast in resolving them. My dad was genuinely happy with his treatment. He mentioned that, out of all his previous dental visits, this office was much more proactive about both his pre/post care than any other dentist he's seen. I definitely recommend this place! They are wonderful, and we were very impressed with their thoughtful approach and the great care they showed my father.

First impression is friendly staff and I really like the fact that Dr. Harrow tries to save teeth and not just pull because of cavities. The reason for this review is to inform others if you plan on or have a scheduled an appointment good luck or get lucky. I was scheduled for some major work to be done Jan 20th 8am they called me at 750 when I was on my way in to tell me the doctor was going to be late and I would need to reschedule so I booked an appointment for February 3rd (Tuesday) 8am they called me Monday at 9am to tell me they cancelled my appointment because I failed to confirm the appointment and I called them right back and now they can’t get me in until march 3rd this place is a joke with scheduling and they will just cancel your appointment if you don’t confirm your appointment (if I scheduled an appointment it should already be confirmed) I would highly suggest not going to this place unless you want to wait for months for anything to get done

This place is amazing! Drew was just adorable, gentle & made sure pre-exam was comfortable. My first visit was so gentle from the x-ray, panoramic along with dentist not sugar coating what needed to be done. This is the one place you need to got everything to be done & accomplished. Dr. Mason was absolutely the sweetest & I am very excited for future treatments.

Kim is always great!! Drew was so sweet and professional and always kept a smile on his face. My experience here has been very positive 😊
