Bow Tie Orthodontics

We have had such a wonderful experience with Bow Tie Orthodontics! My son is a patient here, and everyone has been incredibly kind, patient, and wonderful with him. They always take the time to make him feel comfortable, which means so much to us. The office has also been extremely accommodating and flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences and truly appreciate the care they provide. I would absolutely recommend Bow Tie Orthodontics to other families!

Dr. Jay and the entire team is fantastic. My initial visit was for a consultation because we knew that our son needed braces. No one in our family has ever had braces, so as a parent I felt totally out of my league, even after having spent the last 17 years in healthcare.. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, they offered latest and greatest technology for imagining, pricing was transparent & affordable. They offered to place braces the same day which was great since we were already there & had rearranged the day. We are 5ish months into my son’s braces journey. We genuinely LIKE going to see *everyone* at Bow Tie. The office is clean, staff is friendly and professional.. for an experience that can be not the most fun for a kid at times, they really are compassionate, professional, friendly, go above and beyond— We have had to stop into the practice a number of times to have bumpers replaced (because my son likely grinds his teeth, not due to the placement) & they always squeeze us in. 10/10 would recommend. We will never go anywhere else for our childrens’ orthodontic needs. Thank you Dr. Jay and staff for all that you do!

Very happy with this practice so far. My twins both have started their braces journey. They make it very convenient and were the most affordable out of the four practices we checked out.

We love Dr. Jay and his team! They're always upbeat and having a great time in an industry that isn't always considered "fun." They've given us great flexibility in being able to pop into an appointment at another location when necessary, and they're always on top of their schedules and reminders. Dr. Jay is great about making himself accessible and manning the email inbox after-hours for patient questions and concerns. If you're also a patient of Dr. Delaney in Waterford, it really is a one-stop shop, which takes a lot of scheduling pressure off of parents.

Dr. Jay and every single staff member are so knowledgeable and FUN! My kids immediately loved it, felt comfortable, and were excited to get their braces on. We even had a bracket that needed an emergency fix before we left for town, an Dr. Jay was quick to respond off-hours and we were able to fix the problem and leave for vacation on time! I also love the convenience the pediatric dentist office downstairs (we go to them as well).
