Dental assistant didn’t wear any surgical gloves. She had really long nails that prevented her from being effective in her job. Took her a long time to get my temporary crown on. Crown came off 10 days later. Don’t want this assistant doing any more work on my teeth.

I have been insulted by the service recieved by this office I paid in full for dentures they had come for an appointment where the mold wasn't even there. The next time the mold made it broke in hundreds of pieces when the mold came I told them it was not right the dentures came not even in the shape of my mouth bucked teeth only one moler on the right And so many height of the dentures form it cut my mouth buyer beware they are not enrolled in Michigan Medicaid which is required to operate a medical practice in Michigan I give them a failing grade

Very bad experience. I think the scheduling is done out of India. The x-ray experience was the worst of my life, it was very uncomfortable. Gum inspection took forever as well. Actual tooth cleaning (what I went in for) was good, that's why I'm giving a star.

they were great and very patient with me, i haven't been seen in a very long time because my past dentist office made me scared to revisit another one. i was clearly explained everything to and they were all very nice!!

I’ve been going to this dentist for almost six years and I’m never leaving. They have helped the health of my teeth and mouth more than any dentist I’ve ever had. All the staff is amazing especially Alyssa and Cheyanne. But really everyone is absolutely great. I highly recommend East Lansing smiles you owe it to yourself to have them as your Dentist.
