Wisdom tooth extracted: I had a great experience with this visit. The check-in staff was amazing. Sarah kept me calm and informed. Dr Ali was funny and reassuring. My extraction took maybe 20 minutes total. 5 mins to allow the numbing to take full effect, and maybe 10-15 minutes for the actual extraction. In and out with my prescription write up ready to go.

Very caring compassionate staff. They do their job not only well but carefully. They care about each and every patient that walks through those doors including special needs kids such as my daughter with autism. I highly recommend this place for people of all Ages I drive 3 hours away just to book with them!

Do not go here. They are very unprofessional. Eating donuts in front of patients after getting their teeth cleaned; the dentist said, "at least I didn't have to hurt you this time". I have been asking for copies of x-rays for 3 days, even asked to talk with a manager/supervisor and nothing. Very incompetent management & staff, unable to follow simple directions. If you want horrible care, this is your place.

I had my wisdom removed here and Dr. Ali and I believe his assistants name was James were amazing. They made the experience really great and I felt comfortable the whole time they worked on me. James really advocates for his patients and makes sure they are taken care of and Dr. Ali is quick and thorough in what he does. He takes care to make sure his patients are comfortable the whole time. The only reason I didn’t put 5 is because I feel as though there was a lack of communication with the office. I wasn’t initially scheduled for the removal and it was changed without me being informed which I didn’t appreciate. Mistakes happen though so I understand. It’s better as a clerical error than as a medical mistake at least. Overall I’d recommend this dental office to all who desire to visit! It was a great experience and they really care for their patients
